Welcome to Asphodel Petals! This shop has been around since December 26, 2008, but now it has a great facelift in the form of a joint art shop. I hope you'll enjoy your visit!

10/20/13 - Rules have been altered.

9/17/13 - Added links to our artist galleries. I'm not exactly sure why neither of us thought of it before?

9/8/13 - Quillu: D'aww! It's that time of year again! smile School is back in session! Shimo has a freebie thread floating around Gaia somewhere and I have...well... Math. Lots of math. So much math I can't even breathe noooooes... I've got slots to update and perhaps some new sample pieces to put up for Shimo and myself.

6/22/13 - Quillu : So much for winter! So much has gone on guys you have no idea. A week ago today I had a surgery, I was diagnosed with cysts, tumors, stones, and dysfunctional bleeding.... I also finally have proof of my anemia on paper, four kinds of pills -- two being heavy duty pain killers... Trips to the ER, to various doctors, 16 blood tests in one day, an MRI, some ultrasounds, and surgical consults. Gosh it's been a wild ride. It's safe to say I haven't been drawing. @_@ I've got three projects for others in the works at the moment that have been neglected because of my extremely poor health. I'm so sorry for the lack of updates!

12/5/12 - Quillu : Super late, hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving. If they didn't celebrate it, or celebrated in Canada I hope it was a great day anyway and that you enjoyed your respective holidays or lack thereof. Update on page 15. Finals are nigh and Shimo and I are still MIA. I can't speak for her, but I can tell you I'll be back starting the 6th or 7th until late January.

Thread Rules

o1. Follow Gaia's ToS as well as the rules of this thread.
o2. No quoting the first page. You're free to quote us if you need to, but "quote trees" (more than 2 quotes) in a post are frowned upon.
o3. Be respectful to everyone. This includes but is not limited to no spamming or begging.
o4. Do not steal our art or thread code.
05. We reserve the right to alter the rules when we feel it is necessary.

Client-Artist Rules

Artists' Rights and Responsibilities

o1. We can refuse or cancel orders. If you are waiting for artwork we will provide a reason and cancel the trade.
o2. We retain the right to artistic liberty, but will work with you every step of the way to ensure you like what you're seeing.
o3. We can display completed artwork wherever we wish.
o4. We cannot claim your characters as our own intellectual property under any circumstance.
o5. We cannot steal your completed piece to make prints, T-shirts, etc. for real world profit.

Clients' Rights and Responsibilities

o1. Communicate with your artist during the drawing process! We're not mind readers or photo-copy machines. You deserve to be 100% satisfied with completed artwork.
o2. You cannot cancel orders unless the artist has not yet started your work. We will give you a clear reason for canceling your order, and ask you give us the same courtesy.
o3. You cannot claim the artwork as your own creation under any circumstance.
o4. Clearly state the purpose of the artwork upon ordering. It will effect the outcome of your artwork and ensure that you get exactly what you want.
o5. You are free to use / alter the artwork however you wish so long as you do not edit, cover or otherwise remove the artist's signature and do not make a real world profit from the work.

Caveats

o1. If you wish to make real world profit from the artwork, discuss it with the artist before ordering.
o2. Should the rules change after you place the order, the artist must immediately notify you. You have every right to walk away free of charge if you do not agree to the altered terms.
o3. By placing an order form in this thread you, the client, are agreeing to entering a contract with your artist. You are consenting that you have read, understood, and will to adhere to the terms of the contract.

We look forward to your order and hope that the rules haven't scared you away.

Details: Miss Nya is an Elin Lancer. She's level 34. She has purple hair, pink eyes, little stars on her cheeks, dark brown cat ears and tail. The details of the lance, shield, and armor aren't important, but please be sure to include the sunflower on her head. She has a sunny disposition and loves to gather plants.
What is the intended purpose of the artwork? I plan on using the artwork as a profile picture on the En Masse forums and print out a copy to put on my wall.
Do you have any questions about the Artist-Client rules? Am I going against the rules if I resize the image and the signature is skewed? sad
Other: Anything else I need to know? Elin look like young girls in Tera but they're really old souls. In the spirit of the lore, please don't give her breasts. It'll look slightly odd. In fact, here's a link to the lore so you can learn more about Elins. [x]
