Welcome to a new and fresh and a reliable priceguide! This priceguide will help buyers and sellers with their prices giving them a URP. URP stands for User Retail Price, this is the average price for the items being sold in market and vend. The guide will give updated prices for Donation Letters/Items, Event Items only (for the meantime). A free DOS software to calculate URP is available in this thread (see table of contents), also a monthly chart will be set up so you can graphically see the prices of items in a graph.

New pricing methods explained here:
URP: User Retail Price, the best price to sell or buy the item. Doesn't rip-off the buyer "much" that it makes a big difference, and gives a considerable amount of profit to seller. This is highly effective prices that one can use to easily buy and sell items from.
SRP: Suggested Retail Price, is the best price to sell the items/buy the items. Overpriced items usually "WILL" have SRP's included.
MRP: Mid-Range prices, the average price of an item. This is done by taking the average of the lowest, mid and highest price of each item. Giving one a detailed overlook of how much an item should cost in the future within a constant inflation.

These methods will be further developed and enhanced. Calculation software for URP is NOW AVAILABLE (scroll down).

How to use it?: press 1 (so it calculates URP), then place the lowest price of the item (any item you want to calculate the URP for) then the second highest price of the item in the vend or the lowest price in the exchange (must be higher than first value) then press 1 or 2 to select the unit of measurement, is it in g or k? (g = gold, k = thousand gold). It should show you the URP.

Please read the following before posting questions or anything at all in this thread.

Q:What the hell is a URP calculator?
A: Calculates AVERAGE selling price of an item anywhere, you just have to add the lowest price for that item in vend and or in the exchange, (if you dont have any information on what the lowest price is in the exchange, take the second lowest price in the vend) then it tells you an average selling price for that item.

Q:Why should I trust your guide?
A: You dont have to, its more of a guide.. not a rule so you dont have to follow whats in it.

Q:Can I run the URP calculator in a MAC?
A: Yes, the URP calculator will be compiled in both a MAC and a PC, however both versions may be slightly different.

Q:Can I be a staff member?
A: yes, simply pm me

Q:What makes this guide different from the other guides.
A: Not a lot of differences besides its layout and pricing methods.

Q:Your data is outdated?
A: This is usually updated once a week only.
