Welcome to my 2nd and most likely final art contest! =) I will be leaving Gaia next year maybe since studying in biotechnology consumes a lot of time. I hope to make this contest enjoyable for everyone.
You can call me Tak, Taku, Takumi, Kumi, Kum Kum, whatever... and I'm proud of being an art whore. XD

The contest will be extended until April 15th, 10:00pm EST (official ending). However, all WIPs will have to be submitted by April 12th, 12:00am PST (3:00am, EST). Failure to submit the WIP will result in the refusal of the entry.

Entry Rules
1. Original Artwork only. The art must come from you. Any instances of art theft will result in the person entering being disqualified and reported. If you know a friend artist who's willing to enter on your behalf, then please have him/her submit the work himself/herself via email.
2. Submissions will become my property as soon as they are submitted for the contest. When I say that it belongs to me, I simply mean that you drew the picture for me (not for someone else) and you always get all the credit as the artist of the piece.
You decide on what you want to do with the art (add it to DA, sell prints, etc)
3. You may submit as many entries as you want.
4. Certain entries may be eligible for more than 1 category. (example: You submit a chibi OC. It can be eligible for the chibi category, its corresponding OC category and coloring category.)

5. Each category must have at least 7 entries for the full prize to be awarded.
6. Every artwork must be drawn specifically for this contest. All the previous artwork that I received as well as current commissions are not qualified for the contest.
7. When submitting an entry, please include the entry form with it or else it won't be accepted.

***FAQs***

Q: Is there an entry fee?
A: No smile

Q: Is there a limit to the number of artwork that we can submit?
A: No, there is no limit. smile

Q: Can I win more than 1 prize?
A: Yes you can.

Q: Can I win more than 1 prize with one entry?
A: Yes. Each entry is eligible for its corresponding character and medium category.

Q: What happens if you don't get 7 entries for a category?
A: If there are not at least 7 entries for a category, the total prize will be divided to the artists that submitted an entry for the category and maybe to other artists. e.g. If only 2 entries are submitted for a category, the 2 artists involved will most unlikely get half of the full prize each.

What is seme and uke?
A: In anime and manga, especially shounen-ai, yaoi and hentai, uke is a general term for a partner in a relationship who is predominantly femme, a bottom, and/or a submissive. The equivalent for top is seme.

Q: Will you be the only one rating the artwork?
A: No, Aura, Surdama Kir, 2 other people TBA will help me to judge.

Don't have artistic skills? Advertisers will also get the chance to win a prize.

Prize: 10k

For every artist that puts down your username beside "Referred By" in their entry form, you will be awarded 12 points. Multiple entries from the same artist don't count.
You will be given 4 points for advertising the contest in your signature for 1 week. You must let me know in advance in you're going to advertise the contest in your signature or else I'll never know.

If an artist happens to forget to write your name, then you will not get the points. If you harass random artists to simply get a referral, you will be disqualified.

The person that has the most points at the end of the contest wins the prize!
