(the bug price guide)

Welcome to B.U.G. The price guide for bugs. I will do my best to keep the prices up to date. keep in mind that I will not always be on to watch the market price. Also I am not forcing any of you to sell or buy at this price. This was made only to help. Also if you think something is wrong feel free to post the error. Also know that this is official the first Bug Price guide made so we may have a couple.... bugs...

you don't need to donate: Gaia is a great place and I am now questing for a AFK (quest thread). If you want to donate I am know accepting... also, I LOVE art.

I am starting to get upset, many people are stealing parts of my guide and using them for their own reasons. If you would like to use a part... ASK, I have already reported two users for stealing the info without asking. You do not need to ask about taking the GAIA hosted pictures, only the ones BUG and other creditors claim

To start to trade items you first must make sure you have enough trash items for the one you are looking for (see list below). To start go to the Hat Rack to see Ruby and Peyo. Click on the exchange trash sign on the bottom right to continue (see or click pic to the left). If you have enough trash he will offer to exchange it. Click on what you want (you should see this). Next he will confirm that is what you want, click the

button (you should see this). He will give you a final warning, click the

To start out, make sure you have enough flowers and gold for what you want. Click on the exchange sign or the picture to the left to begin the process. If you have bugs you have not turned in for Ink I suggest you do that yo do that first so that you can make it even better. After you click the sing you should be taken to a window like this. Chose the flower you like and you will be taken to something like this, after you click on the type of flower item you will have the option IF you have bugs to add ink to change the paper color (looks like this. ONLY IF you are not making a single bouquet you will get the ability to add a ribbon (like this). You will then be taken to a confirmation stage to confirm that you are making a bouquet you want (another sample page), Just click yes and you will be taken to the susses page (here).

For Bugs you need 50 of one color or a RARE bug to use. There is also ink exchanges that allow you to trade in other inks to get new inks (eg, 1 white + 5 reds ). To start, go to Morias shop in Durem and then Click on the exchange sign. You can also just click on the image to the left. Next click on the ink you want to make, the page should look like this. Once you clicked on the bug you will be given the choice of directly exchanging 50 of one bug or a combined am out of others. (sample page). Like the other forms of the exchange you will be give a second chance to back down (sample), but if you want to continue click yes and this page should appear.

Many of the problems in Gaia can be fixed by clearing your cache, to do so is simple and depends on your browser. Here I will provide a decent walkthrough so that you can solve your troubles and move on in your gaian life.

Internet Explorer:

The first thing you must do is to clear your cache on Internet Explorer go to your tool bar and click on "Tools" bar, a side scroll drop down. Click the "Internet Options..." button.

A small window will appear, click the button labeled "delete files" located around the center of the window. A small window will appear.

The new window will appear, click the "delete all offline content" button. After this you just click the "OK" button and your computer will do it, this may take some time depending on how fast your computer is and how often you clear your cache, when the window disappears you will be taken back to the previous window, just hit "OK" and you are done.

NOTE: It is normal for the internet to run slowly after you clear your cache.

Clearing the cache on Firefox is similar to Internet Explorer. First start by clicking the "tools" tab on the toolbar. A side scroll will open, click on "Options..."

In the box to your left the will be a bunch of selections to clear. Click the "Clear" button to the right of cache. Your computer will then clear your cache. If you are haveing trouble fitting the town screen in your screen I would sugest changeing the screen resolutiion, below is a way to.

First goto your desktop and right click, make shure you are not clicking on any icon. selecet "Proprties"

FAQ

Q: Towns are not working
A: Checklist to fix towns:

have you tried reopening the window
have you cleared your cache? (info can be found here)
do you have a firewall enabled?
do you have the latest version of shockwave?
There are other unknown reasons as well gonk

Q: Why am I loading forever gonk
A: I hate when this happens, you must close your towns window, and reopen it.

Q: What can I do with my bugs?
A: Right now all you can do is sell them in the marketplace, soon you may be able to trade them in like the fishing items to get Items.

Q: Do people buy at these prices
A: Not always, there is a massive supply and a small demand.

Q: Boggie keeps saying "unidentified"
A: Man I hate when this happens, all you must do is click on the navigate and go to a new area. Or close the window and reopen it.

Q: I am a grey blob
A: try reserving your avatar and after that I suggest clearing your cache. For information on how to do this click here

Q: What is the point of this thread.

A: Get a horse shoe, a four leaf clover, and any other good luck trinket, they are RARE

Q: How do I get a house?
A: first get a free house and a permit from the Aekea Housing Commission To place your home you need to find a lot that has a vacancy, go to that lot, and walk up to a plot of land that has a for sale sign on it. When you click the sign, you're given the option to place your house there. You can buy items to put in your house at The Faktori. Note: Many of the towns are reserved and you will not be able to move in there, keep looking.

Q: My house if not saving
A: There is a bug that effects certain items for saving.

Q: I cant see vacant signs
A: If you can see vacant signs make sure you have a house and permit from the Aekea Housing Commission If that dose not work you most likely are in a reserved area. you can not build a house in a reserved area unless you are on there friends list.

Standing up and Sitting down.

In Gaia Towns, you have the option of standing up or sitting down. You may use your mouse to do this feature by clicking, but you also may do this by typing.

If you wish to sit down simply type /sit.

If you wish to stand up simply type /stand.

Whispering.

If you would like to tell someone a message in private and not let anyone else see the message, you may do that by using the whisper. How you whisper to someone is simple. To whisper simply do what is shown below.

/whisper <name> <what you want to say>

If that is too confusing, here is a better example.

Example: /whisper Casey Hey whats up?

And if that example doesn't really help, here is a picture example.
