Welcome to the Fa'e Diary of Rei

Like all diaries, this diary is meant to be private. This means you need to ask the permission of chirigami and Yuumei Tenshi before you post in here.     Not all angels have wings white as the wispy clouds of Heaven.

    And yet, not everything in the world is good. But without the darkness, would light exist? Just as night and day exist, so does life and death.

    Up in Heaven, an angel with feather black as the raven's wings performed a duty like no other: to travel down to earth and reap the souls of the dead so they may be released into the Heaven for judgement. She was the Angel of Death, while her beloved sister was the Angel of Rebirth, assisting in granting second chances to souls who needed them.

    Devoted to her God, she felt no other love but that between and angel and her Father, the love between two sisters, and a love between friends. But there was a love that bewildered her - a love she never felt before, but had seen so many times as she fulfilled her duty. Some lovers have died just for each other, as if they couldn't live without the other one alive. Such a love that was so beautiful, but could be corrupted and deadly if it should fall apart. She never knew what true love was, and was afraid of how it would be, knowing how it could all fall apart at any moment.

    She never thought she would fall in love. And she didn't ever want to, for she never wanted to end up hurt. She tried not to fall in love...


    but she failed. And failed miserably.


    To think, her heart lulled her into the clutches of a demon set out to kill her - though in time, he requited her feelings. He taught her what this kind of love was, and promised to never leave her. However, like star-crossed lovers, they weren't meant to be together. He died to protect her from their punishment, but in the end, he never saved her from the horrible pain that followed. She felt lost without him and felt like she betrayed God so terribly... so the angel committed the untimate sin: She commited suicide.

    She left her beloved sister behind in Heaven for the void, in hopes to join her lover, and to be reborn. She called desperately for help, in hopes of her cries to be heard. And indeed, they were - upon the ears of a young teenager, through a dream.

    It was because of her answer, she was reborn with a second chance as a fa'e. Bound to her guardian, she grew into a beautiful young woman - and along the way incredible stories unraveled and events took place. Her younger sister soon joined her in this new life. She revisited her past to live in her present with no regrets, and even found a new love with another gentleman... What lies ahead on the path of humanity?
