The Child

Name: Quynh
Name Meaning: Vietnamese name meaning 'Night Blooming Flower'.
Pronunciation: Somewhat like a cross between 'Kwin' and 'Gwen'..ish.
NickNames: None yet.
Gender: Female
Guardian: Kierla (Kiarna)
Age: Who knows.
Real Age: 'bout...half a year?
Stage: Toddler
Superstition: If a person was evil, weeds will grow upon the grave.
Personality: Quiet and reserved, she's usually the one who's hiding in the darkest corner at a party. And even during those few times when she has an actual conversation, she sticks to one word sentences as much as possible. Quynh doesn't exactly make an ideal friend, bitterly cruel and cynical as she is. And her face rarely sees a smile, even an evil one. The only thing that has even the slightest chance of creating one is...flowers. Preferably those picked and thrown away and forgotten. They were always prettier that way.
Appearance: She has perfectly straight, raven-black hair which falls just below her shoulders - playing in sharp constrast with her pale, almost ashen complexion. Weeds grow near her feet and twine upwards, securing her feet to the ground. They unroot themselves whenever she has to walk or something..but also seem to have a mind of their own...

The Caretaker

NickNames: Er. None yet.
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Powers: None..she's normal, at least, in this respect.
Best Friend on Gaia: Er. Shrug.
Worst Enemy on Gaia: None.
Personality: Some people might call her morbid, but she really isn't. She's just...fascinated about Death? XD But she's learning not to show that side of her now. So people mostly think of her as a quiet girl, albeit sometimes scatterbrained and distracted, who never seems surprised by anything. In fact, she hardly ever seems to even feel any emotions at all. But that might be changing, now that her 'children', Aricia and Quynh, have fallen into her life...
Appearance: Her perfectly straight, ebony black hair falls to just below her shoulders, framing a rather pale complexion. In this respect, she resembles her 'daughter' greatly...but at least her skin tone isn't a dead-white kind of pale. On the whole, she looks quite normal...that is, until you observe the eyes. Her irises seem to have almost swallowed up all but the slightest bit of white, and they are almost black - making iris from pupil discernable. The opaquity of those orbs, combined with the unnerving blankness of emotion residing in them, often remind people of a black abyss of which there is no bottom.
