Welcome to the Galactic Outfitters, home to the edits of Star Wars! Here you will find those edits you delight in, creating your ordinary avatars into renditions of Star Wars Characters.

Our prices are quite affordable, many times even the most custom of jobs running no more than 1500 gold, and most animations no more than 5000 gold. Our products are unique. Satisfaction is our place here.

OUR DISCLAIMER
These products are not equiptable. They are jpeg images which are given a link for you to utilize. Repeat, these are NOT clothes or items that are equiptable on gaia. The purchase of these items means that you have read and understood this disclaimer. Any purchase made after the product is given out will be considered final, and no refunds are possible. Also, failure to host the image yourself after our gratuitous one week period is also not our responsibility. So what do we do?

We offer affordable clothing and weapons to paying customers. We also do custom jobs for those not-quite-so-common outfits you like to enjoy. We can do banners, clothes, weapons, guild pages, all for a reasonable price. We'll either do it, or try to refer you to someone who can.

Rules:

1) Don't steal. Its not worth your time anyway.
2) Don't be lazy by not reading directions.
3) Flaming makes you look like an idiot; Don't do it.
4) Prices are mostly non-negotiable.
5) We don't make dolls. Period.
6) Rules and regulations are subject to change at any time.
7) Those of you who post your orders in the thread, don't be surprized if you don't have it fulfilled.
cool That being said, an order not done in proper order will not be responded to, much less added to the que.

Ordering Procedure:

1) PM me, GAT, with your order using one of our forms. Also, please have your pms open for us to respond back to you. How can you recieve an edit if we can't send it to you? I'll transfer the order to an artist.

2) If you need clothing, take your clothes off, or a 200 disrobing fee will be levied.

3) We'll create a sample image, and then send the sample to you, when you'll pay the fee demanded.

4) Then we'll send you a code to use. Please have a host of your own for the images. We do not host images longer than one week.

*A base is normally a naked avatar. You can either strip down by clicking the "unequip all" button on your dress up screen, or go to www.tektek.org to build one for yours truely. Otherwise, we levee a 200 gold fee to do it ourselves. Tektek does not do poses, so gun edits will be at the customers discretion. Also, the censor bar does not need to be added. We add it here due to public concerns over childish sex remarks.

On a side note, if you're not ordering clothes, you still have to provide a base for us to use. It is still required, despite the protests.

** Affiliated guilds will have a branch of the store in them. Just because you're part of a star wars guild does not mean you recieve any benefits. Blame your moderators for not utilizing our free promotions to help get you discounts on your orders. In our branch stores, there will be a code that you can use. I suggest using it.

For custom edits:

Now in effect, custom edits do require a pre-payment. We put in effort on our part to finish your edit. To prevent dropped orders, we hope this deposit is a successful deterrant to this problem which recently has been on the rise.

*Due to the complexity of this edit, we need extra information. You must tell us color (they come in pretty much every shade), the headpiece you desire (no headpiece means you see the bony growths), and how you want the lekku arranged. Also, please understand that the immensity of time the edit requires in relation to other edits, and the fact that skin shading is not nelo's speciality, this may take quite some time to get finished, and also, even at the best of his abilities, may not be satisfactory to you. ANIMATION

Animation. Gif Images. One step beyond the original borderline of star wars edits out there. You've probably seen people with moving avatars before, but now we present to you the animation station. This entire post will be broken down to the things you need to know about animation, how to order, and most importantly: cost.

Things to know:
Animations, just like all other edits in the store, are jpeg pictures of avatars made on gaia. These are not clothes, nor are they equiptable items. They are just pictures, stored in GIF format. Things to remember while ordering your animated avatar...

1- Make sure you have a photobucket, imageshack, or other host site to host the picture. As we are always doing new and better orders, your edits take up room, and we don't have much to spare. A gratuitious 1 week period will be given. Asking for us to re-host the image will cost you 10% of the original cost.

2- Unlike most of our orders, which demand you to pay when the edit is finished, ALL ANIMATION MUST BE PREPAYED. PERIOD. It's very simple to understand. These edits take an awful lot of time to do, and skimping out on the final check is poor ediquitte. More importantly, it could be wasting time that others could have with their edits.

3- Only two edits of animation will even be reserved. Yes, these spots are very tight, but chances are a lot of people will be wanting something more than a simple blink of the eyelids. With that being said, in order to prevent overflooding of our production capacity, we have a strict limit.

4- Follow the rules of the ordering procedure to the dot. As i do not do the animations, I am not responsible for your order being refused by our artist.

Pricing:

Pricing is done on a frame-by-frame basis, and depends on three factors. First, the amount of movement done. Second, the type of movement done. And third, the length of the animation overall. I will not give out any quotes whatsoever. Nelowulf currently handles all animation, and he alone is the judge of price. He also is not donating animation to the guild, so this is a for-profit area of the store. With this being said, he has the ultimate authority to create and demand whatever price he chooses.

Here's a basic idea of what some popular editing might cost you.

This is a blink, and wink coupled with a pose. The blink will only cost you maybe 50 gold per frame. 4 frames, forwards and backwards plus 6 more equals a grand total of 250 gold for animation. Posing would run from 200-600 gold.

Estimated pricing: 250 + item cost + posing

User Image

A much longer edit. This edit comprises of a han solo outfit, a DL-44, and of course animation for facial expression and gun draw. Due to the fact that the arm moves, and the gun tilts, this creates the ultimate price of 100-200 gold per frame. 38 different frames times 1-200 gold, plus outfit.

Estimated pricing: 3800-7600 gold + Item cost

Ordering procedure:

1) Send Nelowulf a PM.

2) PM should contain exactly the clothes ordered, items desired, and a good description of what wanted done. If you desire, you may find a gif clip to help you explain. Try to be as descriptive as possible, use as many references as you can. Nelo's very imaginative, but "I want to be boba fett kicking a bunch of arse" will get you an edit of you, as boba, kicking a donkey. So do the best you can.

3) Nelo will take over from there.
