Okay, Kiwi-cha, Frank_the_hobo, Always_Smile, and I have decided to make a Lotto!
There will be 120,000,000 tickets to sell, so this may take a while. Each ticket will be 1 gold.
Rules: Yes, I know they suck, but they're needed oh so much...
1. No flaming
2. No use of bad language. This will land you straight on the gray list.
3. No refunds, unless the tickets are not all sold. You can't back out just because you don't think you'll win once you've entered.
4. No advertising! This has been quite a problem in the past. If you wish to have your link put on the going out post, PM it to me.
