Follow these following rules and you'll be quite happy that you did. Failure to do so excludes you from buying a letter.
1. Do not PM me EVER. This is getting on my nerves now. Do not send me
trades. (For letters that is, I enjoy donations).
2. Do not irritate me in anyway. This is just plain stupid and I'll report you.
3. Follow to ToS. No flaming anyone, doing so results in a ban. Do not be rude to others in the thread.
4. Please be at least semi-literate and type/talk properly. No chat speak
and so on. Proper english. The language wasn't made to be slaughtered.
Also, no bumping. I prefer conversations rather than bumping.
5. Do not overpay for sealeds/letters. I count this as a bribe and it is
frowned upon.
6. Stay and chat a bit after asking, I need to keep this thread alive if you like getting letters.
7. Read this entire rule. Add a 'May I' when you want to purchase a letter. After the request (yes, we have something called a period or a question mark to end the request) add another word and bold it. This word has to exists (as in be real and in the english dictionary). (Don't forget that you must specify which letter you want. Duh. I can't read minds. Also, read my Q and A post.)
8. One letter per person. Don't request for another one if you've already

Teh name is Winters. Winters Winters. rofl I started back in July o4, Gaia didn't interest me as much before, but it does now. xD This shop is like my home, I love it. I'm a nice guy if you don't tick me off and I spend most of my days talking or studying. I can safely say that the one thing I enjoy doing is being with my wonderful wife Blind Clarity whom I love very much. Don't annoy her or touch her or you = dead. Since I'm almost about to graduate my time on gaia will either increase or decrease due to studies and such, but that doesn't mean this shop will close.

Here are a few Q's and A's for you.
Q: If I want to donate to Winter's cause, can I overpay when purchasing a letter?
A: No. What you can do is send him a donation labelled something appropriate such as 'Donation' and so on.
Q: What happens if I make an honest mistake? Will I be put on 'The List'?
A: Your fate is in my hands now. I shall look over your case and then I shall contact you.
Q: It says to not send trades to you. What do I do if I want to donate to you?
A: Simple label the trade as being a donation and it will be considered as one.
Q: How long does it take for you to decide who to sell a letter to?
A: There is no set time, just stick around and I'll see if you deserve it.
Q: I don't know if Winter saw my request. What do I do?
A: I'm quite a busy person so I don't look back on requests made while I'm not here. There may be exceptions. Simply request it again correctly that is. Please use your common sense and ask me if I saw it or not before requesting again.
Q: If I mess up on a request. What do I do?
A: If I catch it, I'll either tell you to do it again or leave. DO NOT REQUEST FOR A LETTER AGAIN! Don't edit it either. That ticks me off. There's a reason why that's in capitals. Don't do it. After I review the case, I will decide when you can try to request again.
Q: Can I call you Winters/Winter/Mr. Winter or the nicknames you have?
A: No, these names are reserved for my friends whom I have known for a decent amount of time. Also, do not, I repeat, do not call me by my full name. xp I hate it when people do so. If your common sense still hasn't kicked in by now, THINK of a name to call me. Note: Never call me Winty. Or you may address me as 'Sir'. That's a generic term which I've been called often.
Q: Do you any letters or items to sell?
A: Do not ever ask me this question. My post is updated when I sell and always will be.

A: Ask me, I'll give you permission.
