Heheh, well, now that you've met Misakichi, Icchan-san and Ogata, let me tell you a little more about how Angelic Layer will be here on Gaia.

First off, you'll get eggs that will then change into Angels, even those already pre-made as they need to be programmed to respond to you. They had to be overhauled a bit as some were a little banged up from competing in previous tournaments.

Secondly, you might ask, will they have to RP much? Well, that's a good question! These won't be RP'd as you normally think of it. We'd like for you to visit us here in the Piffle Princess occasionally, if just to see what's going on and to say, "Hi!" and remind us that you have an Angel. We'll also have a practice area for you to challenge other Deuses and improve your Angel's stats so you can compete in big tournaments later on. But you don't have to if you don't want to! It's just important to us that you have fun!

By the way, the Angelic Layer and Piffle Princess products are all copyrighted to CLAMP and this shop is inspired by them. We don't make any money off this unless you count Gaia gold and we've discovered Gaia gold doesn't work in RL!

Rules

1. Be nice to everyone! Anything that has to be private or should be private, take to PM please!

2. We will announce when Angel eggs are available for auction or flat sale in the thread title. Please do not beg or harass us for them. We'd rather concentrate our time on creating new ones or working on customs than have to respond to those types of messages!

3. Please no guilt-tripping, begging, whining or other such negative stuff in our shop. Deuses and Angels work best under positive conditions!

4. Have lots of fun! We don't mind if you RP other pets in here or chit chat, just don't spam please!

5. RP is not "required", but it is one of the few ways to improve your Angels Statistics and to take full advantage of the Battle System. We do require that you pop in at least once a month to just let us know that you're alive! If that's all you do, though, you'll miss out on the fun events in the thread and the guild, made to keep this place fun!

Flatsale Rules

1. No posting your orders until either Caneton or I post in the Thread, in Big Bold letters that "The Flatsale Is Now Open." If you do not follow this, then you will not be allowed to get an Angel in this Flatsale.

2. We'll need you to post:
-Who will the Owner be
-The Angels you want in order (just in case someone else gets the first one you wanted)
-The Angels are 10K a piece.

3. EDITING POSTS will not be tolerated in this thread EVER. If you are caught editing your posts, then you will be added to the Black List and never allowed to buy one of our Angels.

4. Only 1 Angel per customer. If you are buying for a friend, then do so in a second post, not the same one. We are trying to give everyone a fair chance to get one here.

5. No Whining, Sniveling, Backbiting, B!%@#ing, or Begging. We want to keep this a fun and happy thread, and doing so will not only tick us off, but may lead to your being blacklisted.

6. Once again, we want everyone to have fun.... We know that everyone who wants one can't win, but there will be other flatsales and auctions as well.

WHAT ARE THESE AND HOW CAN YOU GET THEM?

Tonight, at 7 pm MST (6 PST, 8 CST, 9 EST) there will be a lot of fun and games here at the Piffle Princess... Come join us and see what's invovled. There will be prizes for Deuses and their Angels, as well as for those who don't have an Angel... and one of the Prizes could be an Angel, drawn by a Guest Artist, of your very own!!

Christmas Event - Closed

*Pokes presents cautiously and jumps back when they move* gonk Eeeeeks! Ummm...Well, Icchan-san decided this year to get more innovative and make sometihng a bit more...different. Instead of plushies, this year it's...well...It's more like Sumomo except that they're boosts for battle. Each one is different and does something different but you won't find out what they do until the presents get opened! ^_^ Isn't Icchan-san amazing?

*Rocks back and forth on her heels with her hands behind her back* Now, you can still buy these for people who don't have Angels because they make cute companions anyway or they can be saved until that person does get an Angel someday. They don't ever expire and their batteries have a really long shelf life.

Oh! And they can be customized because Icchan-san said having all the same boosts looking alike is like having to eat ramen every day for a year...but Shuuko-san makes really good ramen and...oh, um, I got off track a little bit. So you can order these boosts and make them anyway you want, color, design and stuff like that! So, down below is the price list and order form!

RANDOM EVENTS

Certain pages will be designated by me as lucky pages and they're not always ones you would think they would be! xd On those pages, I may do things like give out bonus points to those who have Angelic Layer cards or even issue out cards to those who don't have Angels. I may also open up the item shop to certain numbered posters! 3nodding

Now, you may be asking what the big deal about all of that is. Well, if you don't have an Angel but you accrue these points, you may be able to buy a custom or random Angel available in the item shop! Yup, you heard me! Occasionally, random Angels made by Icchan and his staff may be made available in the item shop, which can only be accessed if you have the correct amount of points and the shop happens to be open. And on rarer occasions, the father of Angelic Layer might even offer to do a custom Angel! eek So keep your eyes peeled for events!

The points idea was inspired by Kenshin Kitty's Luki points!

Item Shop

Occasionally, the Piffle Princess will have sales of items that will be available for your Angel. Some may be purely decorative while others will boost your Angel's stats. However, the Item shop isn't always open and the same items won't always be available! Saw a bracer last week that you wanted for your fast but weak Angel? Oh, it's been replaced by a shield that can boost defense!

Also, items can be bought with gold but you also must have your Angelic Layer card to be able to access the shop. What's an Angelic Layer Card? See the post on Battles further down for more info.

Inventory

These things aren't available for sale just yet. They will be when the sign says open. We're just putting them up so everyone can see what kind of things will be available in the near future.

Items will be formatted like this: Pic of item/Angel Point cost/Gold cost

Any items bought in the shop will have a gold and Angel point cost, so if you have enough gold but not enough Angel points, you can't buy the item. Sorry! This way, it encourages people to earn those Angel Points! ^_^

**Items are based off of ones from Diablo 2, Baldur's Gate, and Arcanum, which I used as models for the items that I drew - No I didn't steal the images, just the concepts.**

Battle Info

The whole entire point of Angelic Layer is, of course, battling! For every battle you participate in, you'll get points for participating and winning. The higher level the battle, the more points you'll get. The more points you have, the more likely a cool item will be available for you to buy in the Item Shop or that you'll be able to upgrade your Angel's stats or Special abilities!

All your points will be loaded onto an Angelic Layer card and you can redeem them at any time! This is what they look like.

Just to let you know, this is how you gain points for your card:

Practice games - Fight against a friend or anyone who has an Angel. You get 1 point for entering and another 4 points if you win. Games will be 50 gold to play.

Tournaments - Think you've got what it takes to take someone down? Then enter a regional tournament when they're announced! It's 250 gold to enter but you get 5 points for entering, 10 points for each victory you score, and 25 points if you win and a Grand Prize. You also get to advance to the Championship!

Championship - You pay 500 gold if you qualified from the regional tournaments, but you gain 10 points for entering, 25 points per victory and 50 points if you become the Champion. You can also win a custom Angel, a gold prize or a mega stat-enhancing item just for you! You will then get a chance to fight Wizard and then Athena. You'll gain another 50 Angel Points for each Victory over them, and the chance to be the all time Reigning Champion!!!

Info on Custom Angels
Honestly Customs intimidate me. This will rarely, if ever, be opened... but I don't want to totally discount it.

To be able to customize an Angel the way that you want, I'll need some information from you. Understand that I have named the poses for Defense, Speed, and Strength, but just because you choose a Defense pose, doesn't mean that you can't make it into a Speed Angel.
1) Choose the Sex
2) Choose the Pose
3) Please Give me a detailed Description (including any pictures that show hairstyle, hair color, eye color, clothing style, ...whatnot - This really helps me out!)
