exclaim The content of your questing page. If your page consists of two sentences and you do not thank your donators or anyone who has helped, then you will probably not receive a donation. You should be courteous to the people who are being courteous to you. Plus, it makes your quest look more professional. The better looking your page, the higher the donation. Put some effort into it!
exclaim You must advertise this thread in your quest page. We want other people to know about us so that we can help them, too! The more the merrier! We have plenty of banners to choose from in one of the following posts. You have your pick!
exclaim NO BEGGING. Not only is it rude, but it further disqualifies you if you for some reason decide to apply for a donation. Please learn some manners and work to get your gold. Don't add to the idiocy of some of the people on Gaia. This includes NOT begging the people who have donated to the charity. Also, DO NOT PM ANY OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ASKING FOR GOLD. More than likely, you will not receive a pleasant reponse back. ^.^
exclaim You must have a quest thread and it must be at least two weeks old and/or more than 25 pages. Please do not bother applying if you don't meet this requirement. Why do we want this? To prove that you are dedicated to your quest. Enough said.
exclaim The application must be posted in the thred and in the color violet. Why?... because it will catch our attention.
exclaim Also you may apply more than once, but please wait at least 2 weeks before re-applying, out of courtisy for other questers
exclaim If we donate to you...please show us some gratitude. If you don't we get really pissy. Come on gaians, I shouldn't have to tell you this stuff.

No new contests are going on right now, but I will be doing something special after we give our 20th donation so start spreading the word. Only 5 more to go.

July 2: Set up day. We're trying to get this finished as fast as posible so we can make alot of gaians happy. it's going to take us just a while to set up.

July 12: Put the post up on the list of charities and we are now open for buisiness

July 23: Made our first donataions

July 27: We have hired a bumper to aid us in keeping the thread alive. I may yet make you a semi-perminant employee of the thread

August 4th: The charity now has a quest page. Please bump this page too

A nice little svata about why gypsies travel

Rumor has it that gypsies made the nails that were used to crucify Christ and as the fourth nail was forged the gypsy was told their purpose by another blacksmith. The gypsy became frightened and tried to cool the newly made nail but it began to glow. He became frightened so he left the nail there, hiding it, and pitched another tent somewhere else. But when he finished and went inside, the nail was there glowing still. Everywhere he went it was there. One day a man came with a wheel that needed to be fixed so the gypsy used the nail on that. A few months later a man came with a sword to be fixed, and the hilt began to glow. It had been made with the glowing nail and had returned to haunt him. For the rest of his life it haunted him and when that man died, it haunted his descendents. Christ was crucified with only 3 nails, and the fourth one followed the descendents of the man who created it. So gypsies travel so that the nail will not catch up with them and curse their lives.
