What We're Willing to Do

Note: Strikeout sentences are true when we have reasonable amounts of free time. Currently we don't.

We'll guarantee up to 50 bumps a day total. Yes, it's just the two of us, and yes, that's for both of us together. We're really busy with real life, so we can't promise any minimum number of bumps a day total. We'll try to do as many as we can, though. I don't know about Doll, but I (Allii) actually have a life. xd We'll be trying to catch each other on, and we'll be talking, so it may be more than just your average soulless "BUMP".

We're also putting in place a 500 total bumps limit for most orders. The big orders just take a really long time, so they have special rules. (See below.)

Please let us know if your thread is in a slow-moving forum, and we'll try to slow down our bumps accordingly.
Note: Services and Auctions are both slow moving forums that we keep getting orders in. Please let us know if you're in these forums.

If you just say "X number within the next T time" then we may end up with more bumps on a given day, just 'cause we're bored.

There are two options. You can ask for a certain number of bumps per day, or you can ask for a certain number total. We'll probably be sticking to one or two orders at a time.

Price: 1g per bump, since we do small runs

You can possibly bribe us into larger ones with a higher price, but the above guarantees may not be in place, since it's just the two of us.

Once you place your order, send the trade to the shop mule (Grainne Ni Mhaille). Once the trade is complete, we will start bumping your thread!

We also both like bumping contests! As long as they're not too monstrous. So if you have a bumping contest going, we might give a discount.

We also like artsies, and will be willing to bump in exchange for art. Considering that neither of us believe we're good artists, we'll probably do reasonable-sized runs for decent sketches.

If you want to discuss an alternate price with us, DO NOT fill out an application. Talk with us in this thread, and once we have agreed on a price, you can then fill out the application.

Large Orders

What constitutes a large order? For this shop, we're saying any order with a total amount of bumps greater than 500 is a large order, because it'll take us more than a week and a half.

We're willing to have one large order going at a time, with a minimum of a week in between them. Why? Because there's a lot more commitment required to them, and because they take so much longer to complete.

Price: At least 2g per bump. Tips very appreciated, and make us more likely to agree.

We give no promises on the number of posts per day on a large order. So you may get 10 posts one day, and over a hundred the next. It'll depend on what other orders we have, and how busy we are.

Bribes

So, yeah, as mentioned above we can be bribed to take more than 50 bumps per day. This is just to give some guidelines for that.

A bribe should probably constitute 2g per bump or more, or should involve full payment and sketch-level art, or some really nice art.

Furthermore, as we recently discovered, we really can't guarantee more than an extra 50 bumps per day. If you don't care how many bumps per day, then we'll get in as many as we can. For bribe jobs, we will be bumping as quickly as we can, though, without intentional pauses inbetween.

Make sure to state if you're bribing us, and we may decide we're too busy regardless.

Allii and Doll met in Pipo's Charity Art Auction thread, and became friends while bumping it. They then decided they needed to run off together and co-captain their own pirate ship to steal artsies, and want to start making that dream come true!

Hey kiddies. Doll here. This is the first thing I've written for this entire page o.o Allii did the rest. So if you notice a change in voice, that's why. Anyway, I got the idea to quest quite a while ago but wasn't sure what I wanted. I ran over to tektek and made a dream avi without even considering prices. Well, I soon realized that to get things like a NM scarf and headband would be a lot more difficult than I'd thought. But I'm dedicated. So I made my quest. And well... I'd love you if you'd check it out. You don't have to donate or even bump (though I'd adore you if you did, of course) but I just ask that you take a look. Thanks!

Grainne Ni Mhaille
Grainne Ni Mhaille, also known as Grace O'Malley and Granuaile, was an Irish noblewoman turned pirate who menaced the seas around Ireland and England in the 16th century. Known as "The Pirate Queen", she began sailing at a young age, and eventually took command of her father's ships, using them to raid both her Irish and English enemies. She married twice and had several children, and eventually came to an agreement with the Queen of England to give up piracy and give her loyalty to the English crown in exchange for the release of her ship and son, as well as a small stipend so she wouldn't need to raid in order to support her family.
