Okay, here's how it all went down:

I went to bed, the last part of the dream I remember was watching a venomous snake from a very close distance. The snake was positioned to strike at the family (but it felt so much like it was trying to trick me) on my couch, in my home. I can't remember the rest, but I woke up, and felt as if that wasn't how the dream was supposed to end. I felt as if something else were to happen, so I went back into the dream, and this time, I moved for the top of the other couch in my living room.I made it most of the way but didn't pull my hand in quickly enough so the snake caught my hand and was now biting it. At first there was a burning sensation in my hand, and then it subsided to no feeling whatsoever. Then I woke up.

Then I fell asleep -yes, I sleep a lot. sweatdrop
In this next dream, my dad was driving me and his girlfriend's daughter to my grandparents house, and there were wicked clouds coming up. All of the sudden we had arrived, but the next thing I remember I was circling the house, it wasn't anything like my grandparents actual house. It was really nice looking, but had some damage done to it, like the whole in the front of the house. It was quite small, but you could notice it quite a bit. The next thing I remember, was being in the house, except it was old. I was chasing water down the floors, wiping it up as best I could, but it were as if the house was slanted and when I stood up it felt that way too. Then I saw this Christan like setting. I knew it was something about my grandfather. I bent down and found this book and listening CD's about the bible. I assumed it was just because he was getting older. But now I remember there was a white fence enclosing all this, and behind the fence, along with the book and CD's was a statue of the Virgin Mary, and I think Jesus as well, I can't remember for sure. I also think there were cross-like tombstones, like when you mark a grave.
Anyway, the next part I remember I see a lot of jewelery in old jewelery cases, and they are amazing, but nothign is the same outside. Now we actually are at a farm, it's the one that my grandparents recently moved to. Except our old trailor isn't their and there is this brokedown comepletely wooden old trailor made with grey wood. Inside I went with my dad and someone else, then we went into a room, I can't remember what was happening while this was taking place but I remember him messing with this trap sort of thing he set up I guess, and bees flew out. I had my hand resting on a counter or something, and after trying to get away (like with the snake), they stung my hand seconds after I moved it. My dad got one of the stingers out but didn't realise the other was still there, so I got it out. I think that was it.

I know it's long, but I really wish to know what it means.
The snake most likely represents a enemy, A fight, verbal or physical may happen with a enemy and you will be hurt. Most likely mentally, not physically.
The snake can represent deception, or trickery. Perhaps a feeling of being deceived or tricked by someone you trusted.

Snakes can also represent irrational fear, fear of evil (as snakes often are represented as "evil" wink or simply fear of the unknown. A venomous snake can represent fear that the unknown will come after you, or being afraid of what is to come.

I love dream symbolism, but that's all I can think of at the moment for snakes. Sorry. sweatdrop

EDIT: I forgot to include this, usually your dream symbols have a lot to do with how you actually feel in the dream, and in such cases of dreams with animals in it (i.e. snake) think of how you actually feel about this animal. Fear, hatred, love, adoration, all are considered in "defining" the dream meaning. A dream about a snake can be quite different for someone who is dreadfully afraid of a snake, than someone who loves snakes.

Hope I helped. smile
I own a dream decorder book but right now a friend is borrowing it sry.

the snake represents something that is not pleasurable. the family represents some one so close to you that you would want to start a family with or already do. The snake trying to trick you by biting the family means that some one or something is going to tell that loved one something bad about you that is why the snake bites you. When it hurts it means that the loved one has hurt you either phisically or mentally and then it not hurting means that you got on with your life maybe with that person or not.

Interesting interpretations.
I felt nothing towards the snake. To me, the snake was just there, and that was all.
