Welcome to "Pokemon ~ TsukiRa" a Pokemon roleplay.

STORY
TsukiRa, Tsuki meaning Moon (in Japanese), and Ra as the God of the Sun (Ancient Egyptian), is the name given to a pokemon with the power over space and time itself. Until now, no human or pokemon has ever known of it's existence. However, TsukiRa has unleashed it's power, combining the dimensions and time itself.

Ash and his friends, Brock, May, and Max have traveled back to the Kanto region to visit Misty and Tracey when a creature Ash, Misty, and Brock had all encountered before flies over head. An Aerodactyl! Now in Pallet Town, Gary and Oak have explained their recent research on the legendary TsukiRa to Ash and company.

Ash, Gary, Brock, Misty, May, and Max all set out to find TsukiRa and fix the basis of reality before it's too late! Of course, what they still don't know is why TsukiRa has decided to do this in the first place...

Team Aqua and Team Magma, still at bitter feuds that have caused many disasters before, are at it again. Only this time, they're not alone. Team Rocket, and their notorious leader, Giovanni, have teamed up with Team Aqua and Team Magma to cause this utter chaos and destruction. Of course, the two feuding teams both think they're the only ones with Giovanni, but hey, what they don't know won't hurt them.

RULES
heart PM me your bios!
heart You may play as a member of Team Aqua, Team Magma, Team Rocket, one of our heros, or as an OC.
heart If you are a member of Team Aqua - keep your Pokemon as water types, and if you are in Team Magma - keep them fire types. Some exceptions will be made, due to the way the teams are formed in the game.
heart *** If you are an OC, then your 6 Pokemon can't all be godly. You may have 1 Pokemon at a high level, 2 Pokemon fully evolved, but not particularly high leveled (or 2 Pokemon that don't evolve at all, but still at a high level), 2 Pokemon that have evolved, but not fully (or 2 Pokemon that just don't evolve at all, but still at a decent level), and 1 Pokemon at a lower level, that hasn't evolved yet. Of course, you can always have more lower-level ones if you desire, but these are just good guidelines.
heart Capturing Pokemon is allowed, however I don't want you capturing level 40 monsters back in the Viridian Forest, and you must be reasonable about what Pokemon you are capturing in the area that you're in. You can't catch a Magikarp at Mt. Pyre.
heart Follow the basic rules of the video games, for those of you who don't know: Each turn, you can choose between switching your Pokemon, using an item, or using 1 of 4 attacks (you can choose the attacks for each Pokemon when you submit your profile). You can't run from trainer battles (although you can from Wild Pokemon battles), and Team Aqua/Magma/Rocket can't capture other people's Pokemon (for RP purposes, unless the other Gaian permits a little fun.. obviously, Jesse and James might as well have a couple stabs at Pikachu, ne?)
heart Legendary Pokemon will be appearing throughout this roleplay (I will dictate their appearances and attacks), don't try to capture them all. Allow everybody a chance to capture them. For the purposes of this roleplay, all legendary pokemon will appear at level 70, except TsukiRa, which will appear after all of the others have appeared at least once, at level 85.
heart All moves that can be tought through TMs, HMs, Tutoring, or Breeding are allowed, as well as all attacks that can be taught on or prior to the level of your Pokemon.
heart The stronger the Pokemon, the harder they are to catch... you can't capture an Aerodactyl with a Caterpie.
heart Finally, be nice, follow Gaian T.o.S., and don't ignore anybody.

To Clarify: ***
High - levels 60-80
Pretty High - levels 40-60
Decent - levels 20-40
Low - levels under 20

Original Characters

Gaian Username: lurkindarkness
Trainer Name: Malise Driscol
Age: 27
Appearance: She has waist-length, dark black hair and "pale-as-death" skin. Her eyes are bright blue. She is about 5'5" and weighs about 150 lbs. She wears the male's Team Rocket uniform, due to her dislike of short skirts.
Alliance: Team Rocket - Partner: Yenene
Bio: Malise is an executive in Team Rocket, who rarely does much field work anymore. However, now that TsukiRa is about, Giovanni sent her out to try and capture the rare Pokemon. She is fairly cold, but can be nicer if she grows to like somebody (although "nicer" could just mean a bit insane). She's never liked people who tried to force obligations on her that she wasn't within reason of doing, one of the reasons she hates her family. "I don't need to love people because we have similer DNA coding," would be her response to their attempts to gain affection from her. She became a trainer at 10, also coming from the town of Pallet. She had started with a Charmander, however she no longer has it. After it evolved into Charizard, she gave it to Giovanni to gain his favor. Her main goal is to capture Skarmory, Dratini, Solrock, Lunatone, and Eevee (to evolve into Espeon, the only evolution she doesn't have)... and maybe since they are around, she wouldn't mind a stab at an Aerodactyl.

Battle Rules

As stated earlier, this will progress like the game do. There are turns, and in each turn, you may either run, attack, switch Pokemon, or use an item.

If you fight against a trainer, 1/4th of their money is transfered to you. If you beat somebody with 4,000 money, you get 1,000 of it, understood?

If you fight, and defeat fairly, any gym leader, Elite Four member, or champion trainer, you recieve 5,000 money from... thin air, as well as 1/4 of the money from the trainer.

Wild Pokemon
When battling wild Pokemon, I will let you take charge... You can control the milld Pokemon, whether it is captured or not, and if it runs away and other such antics.

Trainer Battles
In trainer battles, due to unset limitations on each Pokemon's accuracy, attack strength, HP, defence, evasiveness and such, it is up to the trainers to decide whether there Pokemon are hit or not, and when the Pokemon have fainted. I allow this under this condition: NO GODMODING. If you are fighting a level 80 Pokemon with your level 13 Pokemon, it will die with whatever attack is thrown at it. I believe you are all reasonable people, but if I see any godmoding, I will be forced to give you a warning (three warnings, you're out of the RP).

Gym Battles
"The show must go on!" is a gym leader's motto and even with the world in the state it is, if a trainer wants their badge, then a Gym leader can't say no. If you win, they can give you a badge. As of now, the Pokemon League has been canceled, however the badges will be of use later on, so if you get a chance to get one, go for it!

Legendary Pokemon
As owner of this RP, I am incharge of the legendary pokemon. The legendary pokemon are not easy to capture, and will appear at total random in randomized areas. At times, they will appear in an area where everybody is, and at others, they may appear where one, or even no, characters are. Legendary Pokemon can faint, and afterwards, they disappear, and are almost impossible to capture with Pokeballs. Greatballs require a mass amount of weakening, Superballs require at least 50% damage, specialized balls that will work positively on capture the particular Legendary Pokemon need at least 30% damage, and Masterballs (events will occur to allow you to obtain these) require no damage at all.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Additional Notes

I will allow all generation Pokemon in this RP - Kanto, Hoenn, Johto, and 4th generation (not yet released, but many people know of Munchlax, who appeared in Destiny Deoxys).

While I will allow all non-legendary Pokemon, I don't want trainers with alot of rare Pokemon also... a.k.a. You can't have three Dragonites or anything like that.

Eevee evolutions are all allowed.

Finally, due to the plot, I will allow the control, or wild capturing of, Aerodactyl and all other prehistoric Pokemon.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Pokemon Level Ups / Switching Pokemon

Okay, to make everything fair, I will allow you to carry around higher level Pokemon under the condition that they STARTED OUT at a lower level. A.K.A. I will allow you to level them up, and still keep them in your party. Here are the rules for leveling up ~

10 Battles with Pokemon Withing 5 of Your Level = 1 Level Up
20 Battles with Lower Level Pokemon = 1 Level Up
5 Battles with Higher Level Pokemon = 1 Level Up

In addition, as nearly all trainers don't only have 6 Pokemon, here is the rule for switching Pokemon:

You must switch Pokemon of the same 20-level range, you can't go into a Pokemon center and switch all your lower level Pokemon for higher level ones. In addition, if you capture a Pokemon, or switch with a Pokemon previously stored in your PC, then you must now give it's stats after you obtain it.
