Please use the following order form:

[color=purple]
[b]Item number:[/b] (Catalog number and name of the item you are buying)
[b]Color:[/b] (If your item does not come in different colors, leave this blank)
[b]Price:[/b] (Price of the item you are buying)
[b]Owner's Name:[/b] (Gaian that should be PM'd the image)

[b]Total:[/b] (Total of all the items you are purchasing, and the amount that should be sent to LunarFox)[/color]

When you are done placing your order, please send the trade for the total amount due to LunarFox. Please include the page number your order is on in the trade title.

If you have a coupon, please post the coupon image along with the order form.

When that has been completed your orders will be filled via PM.

We all hate them, but without them there would be utter chaos. All we ask that you read these and try to follow them. The rules may change periodically based on experience, so please check back here now and then. Thank you in advance for being courteous and helpful to the shop owner and artist by doing what we ask.

1. Don't steal the artwork. This is a no-brainer. 3nodding We keep track. Please don't edit the art, either; if you need something special, custom slots will occasionally be open.

2. Please be patient. We can't be online all the time. The orders will be filled as quickly as possible, but PM'ing either Prolixity or Merci` without permission will end with a refund of your money and a blacklisting.

3. Don't PM the orders! They'll be deleted and ignored, and you'll get your trade cancelled.

4. Please don't advertise your minishop, quest or petshop within your posts. If you want to affiliate, please post your link so we can add you.

5. Save the graphics to your own server please. Photobucket and Imageshack are good, free hosts if you don't already have one. Direct linking is rude, and you might lose your image if you didn't save it!

6. If you have a question please post it in the thread; chances are if you have that question others will too. Either Prolixity or Merci` will be happy to answer that question and your curiosity will benefit everyone.

7. Don't use the graphics sold here outside of Gaia Online or a webpage designed specifically for use in conjunction with Gaia.

8. Last but certainly not least, respect each other. Flaming, name calling, and general rudeness will not be tolerated in here at all. Try to use complete words and be mindful that not everyone understands L337 speak, the shop owner certainly does not and doesn't respond to it.

Ordering procedures and rules may change in the future. Please be sure to check back now and then to be sure you haven't missed anything.
