Hello and welcome to my avatar contests. I will hold them as often as is possible, and wish to have you participate. So please just follow the rules, and have fun. ^^
Rules:
1. Must follow the set theme
2. 500 gold to enter, please mark the trade Avatar Contest so that it's easier for me to know it's not a donation. (I ask this because I'd feel horrible if I mistaked entry money for quest donations or something sweatdrop )
3. Tekteking can be used for creating the avatar. http://www.tektek.org However, if you want to enter your current avatar, simply save it and send it to me.

5. Don't like the avatar? Don't talk about it. Well, at least not rudely.
6. You will be judged by a panel of five Gaians, including myself. We're judging you on the following, each out of ten:
-Colours
-Matching
-Theme Requirement Met
-Number of Items Used aka Good Balance
-Overall Look and Feel
7. If there is a tie, the gold will be evenly split
8. Each round needs 10 contestants to start
9. Donations are accepted. They will help boost prize money for a single round, or I may sponser a giveaway.
10. To enter, PM me the avatar created and send the trade. I will add your avatar to the list after the trade has been completed.
11. If you want to have your avatar hidden, it's an extra 100gold.
12. If you want to make changes to your avatar, it's 50gold per change. That means that for each time you say "Crap, I made changes", you owe me 50 gold.
Prizes:
1st Place gets 3,000 gold
2nd Place gets 1,000 gold
3rd Place gets 500 gold
And I add 500 gold to the funds

Note To Judges:
Please refer to rule 6 when sending me a PM with your rates for each avi entered. I will total all scores to get a winner as soon as all tallies are in. Please stay up-to-date with the thread, and get things in to me no later than 48 hours after all 10 avis are in. If you want, send me a PM for each one as they're entered. I will save all rates in a notepad. If you're going on vacation or some sort of hiatus, let me know. That way we aren't waiting on you. After 48 hours have passed from the time the last entry is in, we will go ahead without you. If you miss three contests in a row, you will be removed from the judging panel, and someone else will be brought in to replace you. Thanks.
