Fashion Magizine

Welcome to the Gaian Fashion Magazine-- a hangout/magzine made just for avatar editors! The two editors, AyanamiChan and maulie, made this thread to help educate Gaians about the wonders of custom avatars. So many people have asked about them, that it's just about time someone got all the answers together in one place.

This looks like it could be really cool. I'm just getting into avatar design (points to sig) I'm trying to get better designing different outfits for my avatar but would love to get tips from other people how they go about it!!!

hrm... maybe I should try that in Paint Shop Pro (ver.7)

then again... I tried making sig's for Ragnarok Online... and Photoshop users always beat me... oh well... I'll try anyway! Thanks for inspiration!

My sister, Seeress, did the one in my sig. She likes to do pixel work, too. I, myself, go completely nuts after the first ten minutes. O.o

Oooo, this magazine is right up my alley! I hope it gets stickied, 'cause this is something that I would enjoy keeping up with. biggrin I also like the format of the issues... Helpful tutorials, interviews, and pretty avatar art to look at. Very nice!

If I may ask a question, would it be possible for people to submit tutorials or articles? Or perhaps people could submit their custom avatars for comments and critiques... I know that I wouldn't mind some helpful comments on my work.

Anyway, thanks AyanamiChan and Maulie for coming up with such a great idea. 3nodding
