Other- Together with Yuki and Heikaze the three young pilots make up a team dedicated to fighting the Empire. They work together, and alone, to fight. Although they share the same cause as the other pilots they are not affiliated with them. At least, not for now. The team of three different Liger Zoids has come to be well known and called, the Elite Liger Force, of ELF. Kojiro is the leader of the team and takes on most of the responsibility. He was born into a rich a family and uses the money to support their team, whether it is with new parts or food he takes care of it all. The three pilots are constantly moving, their Zoids are kept in the storage bay of the large vehicle they travel with. The vehicle has many abilities, ground travel, water travel, and flight, are all capable with this amazing machine.

Other- Heikaze is the youngest member of the team. He is like a younger brother to both Kojiro and Yuki. Heikaze was deemed a prodigy pilot in his home town. When Kojiro and Yuki passed through he joined them on their mission, Elf has only grown in its renown since.

Personality- Save a bit insane at first glance, Vitenka as the mind and soul of that of a seasoned war General. He is a born fighter, or so he likes to preach on seemingly unending monolouges sometimes drifting for long minutes at a time if someone does indeed inquire about such a subject, despite the fact no one has really seen him commence a battle pubically. Even as such the Russian accented man does have an intense habit of overlooking the positives and focusing more on the negatives, a pessimist most definitely, not frightened to stand up and easily point out the flaws in a plan. Even so he is in most ways strategic, violently devout to his political standings, and prone to confrontational problems with other people that have conflicting opinions that may appear to be the beginning tempest of a physical outlash. Vitenka is a uncontained fire ready to spread at any given notice, a rampant beast of emotions if there ever was one. Somehow detached from the world since his brother's death Vitenka will usually talk to his gun, polishing it's surface even when it's perfectly clean. He is naturally untrusting to his surrounding peers including co-workers, innocent civilians, homeless people, and the rest of the general population because of this. Three cheers for inatimate object companions!
Vitenka, however, has high aspirations for himself and is often a perfectionist. By doing so he if portrayed as willing to do anything to achieve an ultimate goal whatever that may be or become. He too contemplates the reason of life and living itself among other miscellaneous phenomenon and therefore by default a amateur philosopher.
In short terms, he's the last person you want to meet in a dark alleyway. He'll probably figure out your fighting style before ever lay a successful hit. But fret not! Vitenka does have a tough, barren exterior most don't come to terms with. This is a mistake as acceptance is the first product of being willingly accepted by him in exchange, where he can be discovered as a sensitive, easily broken down person who falls under the pressure of modern life.

Vitenka is your typical, everyday businessman. Well, actually, that's really wants he wants everyone to think. He only wears the part, really, when he's in actuality no better than anyone else of the middle class. He's usually seen wearing pressed suits, giving him a somewhat stoic and military appearance sans correct uniform. Even so for this fact he is not bothered or provoked by the majority of his social standing as the air of blatant sophistication he carries about on his shoulders is too much for most people to bear. More or less speaking with him it is of his own accord that he will speak, most likely not even uttering a word.
The Russian's complexion is pasty at best, usually spending most of the long summer days inside his own home. He favors Winter and in occaison Fall for this reason as it's the time when he actually goes outside, an excuse to fade into the rest of the thickly dressed population. Besides, who ever saw a man adorned in gloves and a starchy, layered suit in the spring and summertime anyway? Contrasting sharply with his skin tone is his bright green eyes and dark hair, thickly draping down the mid-neck area. Vitenka describes it as a burden as it grows quickly, needing constant attention and correcting through the day to make it look presentable.

He can also be found with a gold pocket watch or an extra pair of thick leather gloves just in case his claws rip through the first pair. Whether or not the pocket watch can double as an effective weapon is unknown, and therefore falls in this category by default. It does have an unnaturally long chain and can be assumed to do damage if enough momentum is gained, but otherwise it's just for fashionable purposes. He may also be seen with a pair of Soviet pilot goggles around his neck.

When she is called upon she works along side of many to help work out a problem but once it is worked out she sinks into the background. She thinks no one likes her.
