This means something, according to the mothership and her secretary, but nobody knows what it is yet. We know they are trying to hide it.
Theories:
[1]I think that the above code :..::::..,..;;:::.:.;;,;:;. is a code that works like one I've figured out with my friends in a book. It goes something like this:

See how the letters are lined up? Under each one you put a dot to show a message. For example-

The dots above, if you can figure it out, says 'the'. I believe that the ':' mean capitalized letters or someonething close to that.
The only problem is that there aren't any spaces or different lines for the code.
Atleast I'm close.

For your first theory, it really reminded my of this decoding:
"38-26-23
38-27-31-23
27-36
32-23-19-36-27-32-25"
Answer:
Minus 19 from the number, then
A=0 B=1 etc.
"THE
TIME
IS
NEARING"
How about we try that- decoding it like that and seeing what will happen!

Might it be mixed up I'm not sure, but we're slowly inching closer.
For your second theory- with the a, s, and e. Maybe some letters are missing, but rpeating some of the letters spell 'ease'.
If this may be a correct clue, then ease what?
I think, with your help, we can both come up with some.. some sort of theory that connects all the codes decoded together the for some kind of message.
If you have any theories, feel free to post them and ask them to be added!

It could be a form of binary the ( . ) and ( , ) being 0 and the ( : ) and ( ; ) being 1, that would make:

Which makes no sense to me. Any one got anything for that one?

But that's too far fetched, no one could think of that, besides, one sentence only using three letter would probably be impossible.
Though we can't rule it out. I'm really just trying to narrow down the possibilities.
