Note from the Owner/Creator: This is a free shop, all I ask in return is activity and a few posts in the shop. I don’t expect anything in return for this shop except this, and Jupe, Flower, and I are not getting paid for this, so if you guys want to repay us somehow, then please be active.
We also have the right to take away ANY pet that we do not feel has a suitable owner. Hey, they're free you guys. It's not like we're taking any gold from you anyway.

Editting Numen in a paint program by an unemployed person will be considered art-theft.
Owners may not sell their pets, or the offspring of their pet without permission from Nova, Jupe, or Flower.
You can have as many pets as you can handle.

Save your pet on to its own server by its adult stage.
Rp isn't mandatory but there are always perks for rpers.

NEW (AS OF Sunday, January 14th, 2007, 10:38 PM PST): Thread presence is mandatory for now on. If you are an owner, you must post ONCE every two months. And just POST an emote or anything so we know that you're alive. Just post anything, you don't even have to talk. And just a note about this rule, there will be nobody that actually has a job position to monitor this. But don't worry we will notice.

You can only buy one balloon for yourself or a friend per flatsale, not both.
Absolutely no editing your post whatsoever. If you get caught doing this you will be banned.
Do NOT. I repeat do NOT post before the go. If you do so, that will get you graylisted. Flatsales go by my clock.
If you don't get one, please don't complain. No guilt-tripping whatnot.
When posting to buy a Medaria, follow the specified rules for that flatsale. Whoever is running it will usually have that info up 24 hours before the sale starts.
The flatsale begins when I say Go in big, bold, yellow letters.
Depending on what I feel like, it could be a rp event, speed sale, trivia, or etc. You get the idea. :3 Rules will usually be posted when the flatsale previews are posted.

O n c e u p o n a t i m e ....
Night time was the most active time for her, Nixie decided. More people indulged in their emotions after dark, when they thought no one could see. At least, that was true of the emotions that were most important to seal.
Happiness, however, was best found during the day, she mused, tilting her silver eyes skyward.
Shaking herself out of her thoughts, the nymph darted towards the greatest emotional disturbance she could sense.
This one would be a doozy.
It was a girl. She looked to be an average mid-teenage girl- slightly oily brown hair that fell past her shoulders and curled at the ends, grey-blue eyes that were filled with tears.
Boy troubles. Had to be.
The girl was curled up on her bed, surrounded by fluffy blue and white pillows, with a stuffed bunny clutched to her chest while she sobbed silently, tears staining her comforter. Every now and then a name would escape her lips as she choked on excess tears and tried to will her pain away.
Nixie hated this aspect of her job.
Cringing, she fluttered silently to the girl's side, laying a pale hand on her forehead. Her hand glowed a luminescent blue for a moment, and as Nixie drew her hand away from the girl, a mass of swirling blue followed it. She could almost see the tears dripping from the cloud of emotion, if she looked hard enough. Holding the globular mass of blue to her chest, she almost fell over when the emotions hit her like a tidal wave.
Man, being an empath sucked.
Slightly shaky, she exited the house and left the now-calm girl in peace, needing to be in the open air. The next step required it.
Autumn winds nipped at her hair and tried vainly to steal the emotions from where she guarded them. A sad smile on her face, Nixie held the mass between her hands and formed a bubble around it, finally letting the emotions rise to the heavens.
Nugatory awaited its newest arrival.
"Another night, another Numen. Well, let's see if anyone else is bawling their eyes out tonight!"
And the Caretaker of the Clouds was whisked away into the night.
Balloon: Aww. Your emotion has made it up to Nugatory and the numen is starting to take shape within it's plastic interior.
Popped (Baby) Numen: Ohmy. The balloon has gone, 'pop.' And out from a pile of plastic emerges a little tiny baby numen. They are approxiamately the size of a person's hand give or take a little bigger or smaller. Depending on the emotion that they're influenced by, their activity and personalities will vary.
Child Numen: Just look how huge their eyes are. ._. Anyway, your little numen is growing up! They're only just a little bigger at this stage, about 3-4 inches, but the most noticeable thing is that their eyes open. They're also capable of speech now, it comes natural to them, because they're influenced by the gods.
Numen: Finally, a full-fledged numen! They've grown quite a bit now and are about 6-7 inches in heighth now. Now they can have little baby numen of their own when they fall in love.
Guardian Numen: These numen are completely custom, nobody knows about them, because Nixie hasn't ever seen one either. o_O They're incredibly rare and have custom lineart. They are guardians over the other numens and take care of business up in Nugatory.

Jupe, Nova, and Flower will do pet trades, but they will be very rare. We do not want to make a profit out of this. Occassionally we will but sometimes we can be picky. But don't be afraid to ask. Just don't feel bad if we say no. Like I said we are all pretty picky. PM this account if you want to.

Numen Birthday Raffle!
This is how this event is going to work. POST in this thread, do NOT pm us. POST in this thread in BOLD GREEN the month of your birthday. We will then add you to the list according to what month your birthday is in. Then at the beginning of each month, we will randomize a number to determine who will get a custom numen.
Then once the winner is decided, we will roll again to determine what kind of custom they get. We will randomize a number between 1-6. If the number is 1-3, then that person will receive a full stage semi-custom numen. 4-5 is a 2 stage full custom numen. And 6 is a cosplay numen. biggrin
I know this is kind of a long shot for people with birthdays in like a year and such but you never know when we might use these lists for other things. ;D
- Rules:
Do not use mules. If we find out that you're using a mule, you will be blacklisted from the shop.
Make sure to post in the appropriate color or I will ignore it.

- Numen can only breed when the reach adult stage
- Please make sure there is a breeding slot open before asking for one.
- Rp is not mandatory for breeding. But you must be active in the thread.

General FAQ:
Q: Where do we rp?
A: In the main thread for now. We might get in a guild in the future if there's enough interest.
Q: How long does it take for a Numen to grow?
A: Approxiamately 1-2 weeks for each stage depending on how active you are. Remember these are free, if Nova hears anything about people bothering the other colorists about growings, they will find themselves without a numen in a few seconds.
Q: Do you accept pet trades?
A: Yes. We do. Check post 6.
Q: WAIT?!?! This is FREE?
A: Yes. ^-^ Alll free.
Q: How do I get one?
A: Flatsales, events, raffles, random stuff. xD
Roleplay FAQ:
Q: Do humans exist in Nugatory?
A: No, humans do not exist.
Q: So I can't rp a human character?
A: Yes and no. In formal rp, you must be IC and abide to your numen's true environment. In informal rp, you are allowed to rp your human character. They must be human though.
Q: What's it like in Nugatory?
A: It's pretty much like any other place except it has random clouds sticking around in the ground and... everywhere. xD It mostly contains trees and grass. A few lakes here and there too. Numen don't need much to be content. There are other animals in Nugatory too like deer, rabbit, and fox and such. They are more pure then humans are so they're allowed to live in Nugatory. They cannot talk though.
Nugatory, in general, is a small place since Numen are pretty small themselves. It'll grow by itself as more numen begin to inhabit the area.
