Hello, chaps. Sorry to have to drag you all into the Chatterbox (I assure you I am in full riot gear, and I suggest you all take refuge in my hat for (the duration of the discussion), but there are a few things I wished to discuss without them being instantly eaten up by 5300 pages of intellectual conversation wink . Do help yourself to tea and biscuits.
IntelliGuild
While I expect the main thread to continue to be the focus for all the intelliquestions, letter challenges and such, I believe it would be useful to have somewhere to host the increasing number of spin-off threads, and somewhere you fellows can host your own threads for puzzles, competitions, tekking and whathaveyou (I have noticed a few enterprising people coming up with their own points-for-prizes system, which is a lovely idea, but can be a little confusing in the main thread). If any of you have opinions on this, or ideas for threads, subforums etc, this is the place to bring it up. smile
Plus, of course, any other subject that may be lost in the main thread!

Mods Wanted!
Lastly, I'm sure it has not gone unnoticed that I struggle with thread upkeep when I have a lot going on IRL (such as coursework projects). I have a busy couple of months coming up soon, so it seems about time I started looking for thread moderators. Lava has kindly taken over running of the WotD, for which I am grateful. If anyone else is interested in helping out, please mention it here or PM me; if you would like to nominate anyone, you may feel free to PM me with your suggestions as well. Please don't offer help just to be nice - while it shouldn't be much actual work, I am looking for people who will be able to help out regularly and long-term. Duties will include managing the thread in my absence, taking puzzle answer submissions, and/or (when I have come up with a workable system) asking intelliquestions; I expect to need guild mods in the future as well. Note that, as mods will have access to puzzle solutions and the intellipoints masterlist, mods will be unable to claim intellipoint prizes (though may of course turn in points before accepting a mod position or wait until they hit the next prize boundary if they wish; current letter challenges, page prizes and so on are not affected).
Intelliquestion Timetable
I am looking to draw up a timetable of sorts in order to have daily intelliquestion "slots" in which there will be guaranteed questions; as things are, it's all a bit slapdash and I'm rather easily distracted by thread conversations and such, which often ends up in my forgetting to ask questions at all! Time slots will be slightly different each day, as I want to make sure people in different time zones and with different commitments all get a shot at them. That being the case, it would be extremely helpful if everyone would specify their time zone, and if applicable, the time of day most easily accessible for them (say, a four-hour time slot). Once it is drawn up, I will be posting the timetable here for feedback as well.
New timetable is below, and will be operational from Tuesday. I am open to changing time slots over the next week or two, so if anyone has any feedback or suggestions, or can't find a time they like, let me know. Questions on Fridays and Saturdays will remain random for now; depending how things go over the next few weeks, I may add timetable slots for them as well, or remove some. Remember these are just time slots in which there will be guaranteed questions; there may still be questions at random times as well.
