Welcome to the Kingdom of Lenyia Sales Thread. This thread will be recycled for every scheduled event (unless it's special in some way). Flatsales, Raffles and Auctions will all be in separate posts...just so you can clearly see what's going on. We will try our best to keep things updated, so you don't try and join an event that has already finished.

General
1. Listen to the shop owners/staff.
2. No stealing anything.
3. Follow the gaian TOS
4. Please refrain from posting in StIcKy CaPs, Invisible Talk, n00b Speak, or anything un-readable.
5. No begging. This will get you on the "disliked" list pretty fast if you're caught begging in our thread. (Whether it's for an Epona, other species, or a gaian item).
6. No Advertising! This is a huge nono in this thread, as well as in most of gaia. Unless you have Collareds direct permission to post some form of advertisement in this thread, then just assume it's not okay.
7. If you have any questions, please post them in the thread. If their more of a serious/personal question, then you may proceed to PM the mule (or collared herself).
8. All trades go to the mule, [KoL] Chara. Unless otherwise stated of course.
9. Have some common sense.
10. Do NOT discourage others from participating in an event, I don't care how many pets they own from this shop.

Flatsale
1. Again like the rules of the shop, NO begging.
2. No discouraging others from trying for the one you want >.<
3. You may buy one for yourself and one for a friend per flatsale but you have to buy them in seperate posts wink . If you use a mule I WILL find out and I WILL take your Epona away from you.
4. Speed flatsales will begin when I say GO if you post before then it won't count.
5. Random number flatsales will begin when I generate a number, if you start before then you won't know what number you will be trying for and it will not count.
6. All flatsale epona will be 4000 gold. Familiars will cost 2000 gold. Prices are not negotiable.
7. DO NOT edit your posts during a FS, doing so will disqualify you and repeat offenses will get you greylisted.
8. Post the # you want after either Collared or Ice say go, after the FS is over one of them will post a final list, then you may send a trade and post or pm your pet's name.
9. Trades MUST be completed on YOUR end within 48 hours of it being confirmed on ours. If 48 hours pass, and it's still sitting in our bank, your pet will be taken away and trade will be cancelled. (Note, that sometimes we can be a bit lenient because we do know RL issues come up. However, generally 72-96 hours is our limit)
10. ALL TRADES GO TO [KoL] Chara

Auction
1. Only bid what you have! If you cannot afford to pay for the pet, then you shouldn't bid.
2. No retracting bids. (this means, no taking back your bid)
3. There are no refunds.
4. When bidding, please post "I'd like to bid [insert bid ammount here], Please!" in LARGE, Colorful letters. (Ex: Red, Orange, Green, Pink...etc. Anything that is easily visible.)
5. If you do not post your bids, like we said above, you will be kindly asked to go back and read the rules. We want you to post a certain way, so we can clearly see peoples bids.
6. If you win an epona, please fill out the form posted in the Auction post, and PM it to the mule, [KoL] Chara
7. If you win an epona, make sure to send trade right away to [KoL] Chara (unless otherwise stated).
8. You are allowed to Co-own, and Co-bid. HOWEVER if the person you're bidding with decides to pull out of paying, then you'll either have to pay us completely by yourself, OR we will have to re-auction it, and you and your friend will be gray-listed. (Only up to 2 people for co-owning and co-bidding).
9. We'd like our winners to be active in the thread. No you don't have to RP or anything, but stopping by is nice. If you have no intentions on stopping by even a little bit, then we'd like to ask that you just not bid.
10. No discouraging others from bidding. You will be grey listed if you do this.
11. No whining if you're outbid.
12. No rubbing it in peoples faces if you outbid them
13. To ensure that there will be no sniping, if any bids are posted within the last 5 minutes of the auction, the auction will then be extended another 30 minutes.
14. Dates/Times on the auction can change if no bids are placed, or somethign happens IRL and the owners aren't here to end the auction.
15. If the pet is AB'd then the auction for that pet is over. Plain and simple.
16. We will accept certain donation items, but since item prices tend to be unstable....we can be a bit picky about which items we'll allow. Your best bet would be to ask us first. Items are valued at the lowest price in the market place.
17. You may only bid on one pet at a time in auctions. If there is more than one pet up for auction, you can only have one HB going at one time. if you are outbid, you are welcome to place a HB on a different pet.

Raffles
1. You may buy tickets for others. Just let us know if who you're buying tickets for.
2. Once you've posted ticket order, SEND TRADE to [KoL] Chara right away!
3. In your trade title, please label it "Epona Raffle Tickets (# of tickets)"
4. When buying tickets, please post "I'd like ___ tickets, Please!" in LARGE, Colorful letters. (Ex: Red, Orange, Green, Pink...etc. Anything that is easily visible.)
5. Your name will NOT be placed on the list until trade is finished. This means if the raffle ends and you didn't finish trade, you will not be able to participate in that raffle.
6. All purchases are final, there are no refunds.
7. Do not complain if you do not win a raffle. This will get you grey listed! If you continue to be a bad sport, you will be black listed!
8. Do not gloat if you DO win. It's rude to others. Being excited is one thing, but shoving it in peoples faces is just plain mean.
9. If you win, please PM your pets name to the shop mule, [KoL] Chara
10. You may NOT give your tickets away to someone else! You can buy tickets for other people, but you cannot give your already purchased tickets to someone else.
11. You MAY give your pet to someone else if you win and decide you don't want it. Just make sure you let us and that person know!
12. Winners will be chosen via Gaia's Random Number action.
13. Freebie raffles do not cost any gold, and you cannot obtain more than one raffle ticket.
14. Newbie raffles are strictly for those who do NOT already own a pet.
15. Please note that we can add rules at any time, if we feel it is needed.
