My very good friend, Lady Grey, has been banned for unknown reasons. Whilst she's looking into it, I'm doing what I do, and supporting her.
You can too!
I'll be holding a charity event this weekend; anything she colours, she'll get 100% profit for. What's more is that she'll get a set (and undecided) percentage of anything I colour, as well.
Guest colourists, you can do your bit by allocating a percentage profit to donate as well.
This is NOT the bird-themed flatsale; so go all out and do anything you like for this! That FS will most definately occur- I love the guest colouring too much for it not to.

DUST BUNNIES! They will be available in the soon-to-open workshop in the next few days. Excited? Well, there's more. The person who designs a TekTek for this mule which I use will win a FREE one!
Dust bunnies cannot breed with the other rabbits; but they CAN breed with themselves. And they're pretty cute... and dusteh. whee
So get designing! This mule needs a new look!
-Side note, I'd like to keep the the hair and base the same; so unless it looks fantastic, I'll likely choose one which does so. Also, make it affordable. IE, mini angel wings are a nono! Remember- it's a pet shop mule, so cute is good! <3

We have lots of things in mind for the shop; from RP incentives and a minishop to themed flatsales. Also, from now on the news will be dated and kept up for records. 8D

You're wandering through the shopping district when a shop catches your eye. You haven't seen it before; it looks old though, comfortable. You read the wooden sign. "Lagomorphics. What a wierd name", you murmur. But you find yourself intrigued, and wander inside.

The walls are covered with wooden shelves, on which sit soft toys. But they may as well be invisible; your eye is caught by a shelf at the back, near the counter. You walk purposefully through the warm, scented shop, ignoring the woman behind the counter, and examine the soft toys.

They are rabbits. You reach out and touch one; they are made from the finest materials. The fur is so soft, it makes you want to melt; the silk is obviously real, and some of them have small accesories on, which you're almost certain are made of real silver, gold and precious gems. The eyes... Oh, the eyes look so real! You feel as though the small toys are watching you, wondering who you'll pick to take home.

You know such fancies are rediculous. Still... You pick one up. It's in your favourite colours; it almost looks as if it was designed to look raggedy, with large stitching. You look closely though, and see that it's finely stiched underneath, and once more made of the finest materials. It's soft and warm to the touch.

You notice the woman behind the counter for the first time, and walk over to her. She's beautiful; you're not attracted to her, but you feel as though this woman is so trustworthy and wonderful, that she would feed you the finest foods and let you sleep in a bed of silk if you were hungry and homeless; and would expect nothing in return. You put the rabbit toy down on the counter. She clasps her hands and beams; her smile makes you smile in return.

"You've chosen a buck!" She said, her voice filled with joy. "A little male!" She strokes the soft fur tenderly. You notice a wedding ring.

"Erm..."

She reaches under the counter and pulls out a pet carrier and a piece of paper. Reaching for a pen, she screws off the top and beams at you again. "What would you like to call him?"

"Call... him?" You look at her, slightly bewildered. "I have to name him?" She looks shocked.

"Oh, yes, of course! We all need names!" She smiles at you, filling in the... Birth certificate? You smile at the woman's behavoir, and randomly tell her a name from the top of your head. She fills in the certificate and puts it in a tiny drawer in the pet carrier. Opening the main door, you see the inside is blanketed. You shake your head, more bewildered than ever, as she carefully puts the toy in and does it up. Then she tells you the price.

Your jaw drops. That's a lot for a toy, even one made of the softest, finest materials! But you look at the woman serving you, and shrug. Why not? You hadn't treated yourself in a while...

You get home and put the toy at the bottom of your bed. After dinner, you yawn, suddenly tired; you decide it's time for you to sleep. You smile at the soft toy as you snuggle under the duvet and drift off...

Morning comes. You slept well; you're nice and snug under the duvet. You yawn and stretch before snuggling back under your covers; but you feel something on your face. It feels like... Like whiskers... And fur. You lift your hand to rub your face and it encounters a warm, soft and very real body. You open your eyes.

A baby rabbit, a kitten you think they're called, is right... in... your... face.

You sit up and it bounces slightly, blinking at you. It's obviously a baby, it has baby features, but it's not that small... And it looks just like the toy you bought yesterday, which is gone from the end of your bed. You look at the kitten and it sniffles at your arm. It seems totally relaxed and happy to be around you. You shake your head, astonished; and pick the little animal up. It- he, you remember- tries to sniffle at your hand. His long back legs hang down, and his ears are up with curiosity. Can it really be...?

You put him down. He lies close to you for a moment, before climbing onto your bedside table and drinking out of the glass of water there. You swear, realising he has no food, no water... No litter tray...! And how big would he grow? Would he need vaccinations? So much to think of...! You dash off to find him a water bowl and some vegetables, trying to think.

And through all this, the little fuzzball is quite happily sat on your bed, eating your favourite book...

A word of warning to you all... Some strange, winged plushies have been spotted. We're not sure what they are...

The soft toy is made of the finest materials, even if it is designed to look scruffy and well-loved. It's fur is soft, and it's lovely to hug. It's warm to the touch.

It will take a few days, up to a week, for your toy to decide it's bored, and to turn into an adorable, innocent-looking weapon of mass distraction. You may notice some strange signs of life before this point though... Such as the plushie getting heavier, the fur looking more real, the stitching getting smaller... But surely it's your imagination... Right?

Being active here will encourage your rabbit to change quicker!

Your kit will be skittish, excitable, and highly active. Always curious about everything new, kittens tend to scare themselves a lot, purely by accident! Your kitten will need to be taught everything you want it to know as an adult, but it will grow to trust you a lot quicker than it would as an adult. Although most rabbits are small and timid, your kit will soon overcome it's fear and spend more time exploring! Kits range in size, from the tiny dwarf breeds which are barely bigger than mice as kittens; to the giant breed, who, even at a young age, outsize your average cat!

Your kitten will grow quickly; becoming an adult somewhere between one and two weeks.
Being active here will encourage your kit to grow quicker!

Adults have settled down a lot. They still have energy; but it's not manic hyperactivity any more. They're much happier to snuggle up with their favourite companions and just enjoy company. Fully grown, the size of them varies a lot; from the tiny dwarves which are half the weight of a small cat, to the huge giants, who are large and heavy! Your rabbit will be extremely loyal if you've looked after them properly; and unlike their wild counterparts aren't too timid and will leap to your defense against another animal. Rabbits are highly sociable so be sure to spend plenty of time together!

The Belgian Hare is a highly slender rabbit; with very long features. They're large, with strong, lithe muscles; making them incredibly heavy. From one to three feet in length, they outsize domestic cats. They're not very sociable as a breed; preferring the company of one or two other rabbits, than living in a warren.

They are incredibly fast; although they have low stamina, it's often made up for in their speed in flight. Their height means that as they run, they have incredibly long and elegant strides; and they are often uncatchable.
Other breeds know better than to ever get caught up in a game of tag with them!

The adoption agency allows you to take home a poor rabbit who needs a good home. Some of these were wild rabbits who've decided they want to settle down; some of them have left their previous owners through various circumstances.
These cost 3k each; and are as you see them apart from their sizes. Just fill out the form used for flatsales to buy them! There's no prompt unless I post otherwise. You can only adopt once per hour.

NOTE: Today (May 19th) any lops that go up can NOT be bought UNTIL the flatsale begins!

Two adult rabbits of opposite genders may breed. Breeding costs is 8k for regular breeding; with a charge of 2k for each rare rabbit involved in the breeding. A litter yields 2 kits, one male and one female. This may be changed in the future.

Same sex breeding is not yet possible; although a scientific breakthrough may occur in the future. Stranger things have happened!

The owner of the male adult gets to choose the colourist of the male kit, and the owner of the female adult gets to decide the colourist of the female kit. Also the litter may be distributed as the owners want. Once the plushies are shown to the owners the certs and names are to be decided upon. You may only breed a specific adult rabbit if any litters they have produced are fully grown. So if you wish to breed, please fill out the correct form below.

If you have a guest breeding colourist- that is, a colourist other than myself- you must pay 500gold extra for each guest-coloured rabbit.

Roleplaying your rabbits is in no way mandatory; but it is beneficial. It can speed up their growth if you RP from an early age; and if you impress any member of staff you'll be awarded a point. You can cash your points in here for prizes whenever you have enough!

You can be awarded points by both staff members for one thing if you impress us both! We award points completely seperately from each other.

Points may be awarded for anything at all. It may be for building a really believable character; for creating a lot of atmosphere; or simply for really trying. Points are even sometimes awarded for none-RP behavoir such as high activity levels; so even if you hate RPing you may be in with a chance!

RPP is the shorthand for RP points; the "currency" used for RP incentives.
Prizes can only be used on adults; but you can buy "in preparation".

At the back of the shop, there's a doorway; from which the smell of forests and spring comes. The floor is littered with scraps of fabric and cast off threads; the surfaces are covered with plushies in various stages. There's a cabinet on the wall, filled with tiny vials of colourful potion.

Potions all cost 1k each.

Please note that c a u s t i c made these potions... You're buying the effects of them, and not the potions themselves.

If you pinch a bit of the dust under the work surfaces and take it home, it may grow and evolve! The key is to look for the fluttering magic; it looks like a tiny pair of fairy wings...

The dust bunnies are tiny, round fairy-rabbits. They range in size; most can sit in their guardians hands, although some are a little too large for that. They can't breed with the rabbits evolved from plushies- they're far too small, and are a seperate species! But they CAN breed with each other.

You can take some dust with you whenever you notice the magic fluttering about; that means there's no speed sales, as such. If there's some here, then you can buy them; and they'll be replaced regularly.

The Bunny Place sells small, cute bunnies which sit there and, erm... Look cute! They're not breedable or changable; but they are cute!

Zeleet are the first B/Cs I got into. They're unique and cool; and the shop has a great community. I colour, lineart edit, and make random stuff for the shop! Go! Visit!

Tamashii is a unique idea, with pets which are adorable without being sickly! What's more is that the prices are fantastic for these pets, even though the lineart and colouring is wonderful. Oh... And they do RABBITS! <3
