PAYMENT

Once we've come to agreement you will offer the GG as soon as I notify you that you are next on the list, to prove that you have the amount and are able to pay me immediately.

PLEASE DO NOT START A TRADE UNTIL I PM YOU TO LET YOU KNOW THE NEXT SLOT IS AVAILABLE. ESPECIALLY DO NOT START A TRADE IF YOU ARE NOT NEXT ON THE WAITING LIST. DO NOT PM ME ABOUT YOUR OFFER UNLESS I HAVE SKIPPED YOU BY ACCIDENT.


Feel free to pm me about bribes if you have one or more of the items listed below and you want to be bumped to the top of the waiting list.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel at any time, for whatever reason, however you MUST give me notice before I start on or finish your commission. If I am finished when you tell me you don't want it, too bad.

REFUNDS

1. I will refund your GG if I, for whatever reason, cannot or choose not to complete your commission. (As I will generally be relying on you to okay the trade, this is somewhat redundant. Still...)
2. I will not refund your money once the commission is complete, no matter how much you hate it. If you honestly don't like it, don't commission me again. You're paying for my time no matter what, and if you honestly believe that I've mislead you in any way, report me to the mods and let them sort it out. You have plenty of time to decide beforehand whether or not you feel that my art is worth the price or if you feel that I will be able to complete your commission to your standards.
3. I will not refund you for the difference if my prices change in the future, however I will notify you if they are changing in the middle of a commission:



MY RIGHTS / COPYRIGHTS

1. I reserve the right to refuse any offer(s) for any reason, and to cancel the commission at any time, for whatever reason.
2. I reserve the right to post ANY of my own artwork, including your commission(s), regardless of the content or finished percent, wherever I choose to post it, along with your name and contact information. However, I generally will not release your email address without good discretion.
3. You may NOT copy, repost, trace, republish, alter, reproduce, sell, or claim my art as your own anywhere on or off the internet, with the intent of personal gain, without my WRITTEN permission.
4. You may not use my art as your avatar, profile picture, signature, web layout, etc. without my permission. I hate to be a stickler about this, but generally if someone likes my art and you put into your avatar or whatever, they will immediately attribute it to you when it should only be attributed to me. I have found great art and web comics this way, so I absolutely see my art being an extension of myself.
5. You MAY print out or save my art for your own personal enjoyment, but not gain. You may only repost my art in blogs, forums, etc. for the purpose of sharing my art with other people so that they may enjoy it too, as long as the credit for the work goes to me.
6. Unless otherwise stated, you MAY color my line arts and repost the image in your own personal gallery, however you must give me credit for my half of the work. This does not include taking my line work and making it rainbow or brown or magenta and then calling it a collab, I mean actually coloring the work itself.

The only exemption to number 4 is that you are only able to post my avatar art in your GAIA signature ONLY. However you still must link the picture to me in some way, either by posting a link to my commissions list or by writing "Art by Kashika" or some variant thereof.

FAQ


It says up there that it doesn't matter how much your character shows, but the size of the file. A bust is going to fill up the same amount of space on a 600x800 pixel, 300 dpi drawing as a full body or a chibi or whatever would. I think this is nice in comparison to my irl commissions list, which charges you based on the size AND how much of the character is seen.

How much is seen depends on you. I don't mind if you guys want me to exercise some creative license over it, though.

OH. And I think this should go here too, but if you want chibis instead of regular bodies, you want to let me know that too.

Ehhhh, I suppose so. I've been told that tips are customary, but they make me a little uncomfortable so they aren't necessary. Just not too much, okay?

I originally said no, but I take it back. So long as the mini-shop is open and you have one of the following items to pay me with, I will bump you to the next slot if I agree to take on your commission(s). I will charge you only half of the commission total if you include one of the items from this list with the trade.

HOWEVER: Note that if you intend to bribe me, you must pm me first and then start the trade with the item once I agree to it, to prove that you have it - once you get the next available slot, you will add the gold to the item in the trade.

I was wondering though, your prices don't imply how much of the character will be depicted, unless that's up to your creative interpretations?

Personality: Giles is pretty much a gigolo, but he's miserable. To keep himself and his business afloat, he steals jewelry from rich, pureblood women after sleeping with them and pawns it off. To anyone who has just met him, he is a cheerful, happy-go-lucky guy that is smooth with the ladies.


If there's any way in which you could draw him sitting in a nice chair and surrounded by expensive jewelry or antiques, and yet looking miserable at the same time, that would be lovely. I will gladly tip.


I want only lineart. cool I'll be paying 30k because your work is simply wonderful and deserves a little more.

As far as the total goes, that depends on what you want. If you want the flat colors, it will only be 9,300 GG, but if you want to have it fully cel-shaded it will be the 18,500 GG. I also answered your questions in the FAQ.

As for how much is seen, do you want full body or knees up or what? Is there any particular thing you want them doing? Posing like they're taking a photo, or a natural interaction, or what?



What kind of cane, exactly? A fancy one or a gnarled branch-like one?

Thanks for the extra offer, but you only need to pay the 5,000 GG. sweatdrop It says up there abstract backgrounds only, but I suppose I could do him sitting in a chair for you - it just won't be as detailed as the character himself. Not sure about the jewelry on the side, tho, but I'll see if I can do it in a way that it fits in the abstract category.
