Weekly Lotto!

This lotto is run by me, RPoGLotto, the lotto mule from the Royal Pot of Gold. The lotto is open to both RPoG account holders and non-account holders!

|Rules for Thread|

1. Follow the Gaia ToS
2. Do not quote any part of the first page.
3. Please listen to the staff.
4.Be respectful.
5.Do not stretch the page.
6.Keep cursing to a minimum.
7.We have the right to alter our services at any point in time.

|Rules for Lotto|

1. You can buy as many tickets as you'd like.
2. Once you buy them, you can not return them.
3. You can not chose your numbers. If you want 10 tickets, you will get the next 10 available tickets.
4. Send trades to RPoGLotto.
5. You can not win more than one of the prizes where the winner is picked via random number unless stated otherwise.

The winner will be chosen with the random number generator.

This week's lotto winner will receive 30k. A second place winner will receive 3k.

|Tickets|

Tickets will be 10g each.

If at least 4000 tickets are not sold, the prizes will be modified.

This lotto ends Friday April 27th, 2007 at midnight PST.

Here is a list of ways to get free tickets for the next lotto!

1. Buying the most tickets this lotto.
2. Getting drawn for 3rd, 4th, or 5th prize.
3. Buying over 300 tickets and not winning any other prize.
4. Being the first to post after all 5 random numbers are done.

|Design an Avatar Contest|

I'm looking for a new outfit for my avatar, so I'm having a contest in which you guys can submit avatars!

|Object of the Contest|

To make an avatar for the RPoG Lotto Mule.

|Entry Fee|

None, you just have to have at least 1 ticket in the RPoG lotto this week!

|Rules|

1. The price limit for the avatar is 8k.
2. Use whatever items you want.
3. If you use a different hair style then what I have, make sure to include how much the hair is at the salon (None of the other hair styles available during creation please)
4. PM me the avatar you would like to enter.
5. You can enter 1 avatar if you have 1 ticket. If you have more than 10 tickets you can enter 2 and if you have more than 100 tickets you can enter 3. 3 is the max.

|How the Winner Will Be Chosen|

Due to the number of entries, there has been a small change to how the winner will be chosen. Voting will be done in rounds. I will split the entries into groups of 10 or less (each group will be about even) and then the winner from each group (voting will still be done in polls) will make it to the last round where the winner will be decided.

|Prize|

The first place winner will receive a 3k prize and tickets to the next lotto. Each group winner will win 1k and tickets to the next lotto.
