Always looking for art! From doodles and sketches to pro-grade anime <3 I'm back after a long hiatus once more so welcome to our request thread, version 2! We considered starting again, but so many memories here, so we decided to give it a face-lift instead. Tessa is not currently around (hiatus) so really it's just Twisted's request thread this time around. Feel free to drop in and make an offer. Check above for my current commissioning status and what I can afford, and also for any current offers that I may be seeking in priority above my normal outfits displayed below. Seeking mainly high quality, CG anime, but will take and love anything at all. ^_^ There's some rules below, all the usual stuff, along with all my avatars, and some example art works. Feel free to take a look, and post if you have any questions or just want to chat!

~ How We Can Pay ~


We can offer payment for art in the following methods:

  • ~ Gold ( please tell us your prices, we don't like putting a price on other peoples artwork)
  • ~ RL commissions/dollars (Link us to your RL commish website <3 Do not discuss prices or payment details on Gaia, discussing the piece of art itself is fine though).
  • ~ Completed art is to be delivered by posting the art or a link to it within this thread. If we require the art to be delivered by PM to ourselves or a friend we will contact you.
  • ~ Sealeds! We usually have a few of the current month's sealeds, and would be willing to negotiate payment in sealeds (but be realistic XD) and will pay in proportion to current market prices vs sealeds/art ^^.
  • ~ Free art? We love it! redface



Trade Process- We accept your offer > We send trade (offers not considered accepted until we send trade ^^ > You confirm trade > You draw & deliver artwork > We finish trade upon receipt of art. Finished art is to be delivered by posting art or link within this thread. For some commissions we may ask to be delivered by PM to ourselves or a friend and will contact you if that's the case

As much as I love the big expensive glossy CG *swoons* I'm not fussy in the slightest when it comes to quality of art, style or pose/theme. So long as it's my avatar, in one of it's outfits below or my current outfit then I'm a happy camper! Some artists prefer to have character or personality reference so I'll do my best to give some details on character below...

Despite my details below, and the outfits. Whatever I am wearing right NOW, at the time, is what I'd like to commission the most. Hot tip is to save a pic of my avi after we agree to a commission. I have a habit of changing it often. <3

Preferences
I'll have any syle or level of art commissioned, and will love it all the same. But if you want the very best price, and to meet my favourite requirements then I really (really) love traditional manga. Nothing like seeing my avatar as if she's bursting out of a TV screen of an old school 80's anime. Glossy CG is luffed ^^; and my favourite. Gimme that big eyed manga style and you'll have me at your mercy! heart

Body Style
Twisty would stand about 5'0" tall. She's very petite, but with an athletic frame. Raven black hair and big bright auburn eyes that almost look pure red from some distances in the right light XD She's very attractive with sharp features, and always wearing her hair in the same double pony tail style, sometimes with a little fringe. Very slim/athletic build, and her slender stomach and killer six-pack are her trademark features. Twisty's complexion is usually a light tan. She sports a small scar (recent) on her right cheek from a violent battle on another forum as a mod. >.> SMALL BUST! Twisty has a athletic B cup ^^

Character
So who is Twisty? She's been and done a fair bit. She was born on Gaia, and spent time helping folks, making lots of friends, and working in private security endeavours. She's also been my character in all my table-top RPGs. She's adventured in lands from everything from fantasy to sci-fi, including D&D, Rifts and more. Everywhere I go online I'm always Twisty and always have been. She's led alliances/guilds of all shapes and sizes, and built much of the same. She's been a tester on some sites, and a moderator on others. That's as the avatar, in a literal sense.

Roleplay wise? Twisty is physically 3/4 human, and 1/4 fiend (demon) thanks to a half demon father. She appears primarily human other than her red eyes which are a genetic throw back to her father. She's not superhuman, nor supernatural, but her genes do give her enhanced senses, and slightly enhanced strength and agility. She's a fighter by nature, born of and into hatred, and been around a lot of it during her years since. She can be very tempered though, as evidenced by her surrounding friends, and the way she mothers those who are less fortunate than her, or encourages those who are starting out or struggling. Very intelligent, crude and with a definite evil streak, she has a very big heart though for those she likes, and also a very deep sexual side to her persona. She see's her beauty as more a tool, to get what she wants, or put her opponents off-guard. When she does find the need for violence she usually over-reacts, often to deadly consequents to others (or sometimes herself). Twisty balances her fashion with practicality (defence/offence) and sexiness (revealing). ^_^

Worn in a few different styles. Outfits are all in black as well as blue, so take your choice. Optional accessories include Laurels, Dragonskin, Kiki kitty/Mochi, Blue sunglasses, golden tipped cane and glowing angelic pendant. Last two outfits are very recent.


SWAT style Twisty

Gunfire effect in last av is due to holding a torch in her other hand. Optional accessories include baseball cap/laurels and mochi or dobermans. Sunglasses are also optional, as is the bullet proof vest. Mix n' match, or w/e. She generally wears a combo of these things when it's SWAT tyme.

She's often made fun of by Twisty, but they are very close. <3 Diamond is an attractive blonde, slightly taller than Twisty, she has a slim figure, although not athletic like Twisty. She's super-loyal, and lives only to serve. Pets are optional in any art. ^_^ The second avatar is Diamond's 'Cyber' outfit, with puppet-skin. She serves ar Cyber Twisty's servant.

Misti Aura

Misty is the quiet, cute and submissive one. A friend of Twisty's, and a loyal and obedient bumper and worker. She would never harm a flea, and is always shy in her nature. <3

Crystallis`

Crystallis is a slightly rebellious mule. She keeps mostly to herself, and is a loyal worker/bumper, but often pops up with a smart or cheeky remark. Crystallis is actually a Vampire. Under her (currently furry) skin lies a Vamp skin. Although she tries to keep it secret.

Bootzzz

Cool, calm and collected. Bootzzz is one of Twisty's newest companions. She's skilled with a blade, and aggresive by nature. Very protective of Twisty and her environment, she's always on hand to watch for trouble makers or simply bump a thread. lol <3 Bootzzz is also an experienced Vampire hunter.

Wulfrik

Wulfrik has always had trouble understanding (and coming to terms with) being surrounded by girls. He studied and fought by the side of Bootzzz during the recent Vampire invasion of Gaia, and is a reasonably skilled vampire hunter. Generally though he's a quiet soul, and enjoys loyal bumping for Twisty.
