AS MOST OF YOU ALL KNOW - since Matilda died, things wand-wise have been a little crazy. I.E - There is a stockpile in her Realm that nobody knew about (AND YOU ARE JUST NOW LEARNING ABOUT) and new ones aren't coming in. However, soon, there will be some wands trickling through.
How you ask? Well, I can't really tell you. All I can tell you is it's a chance to get your character. There are going to be At least 7 winners, hopefully. This depends on how many lovely quests we get (I LIKE TO BE TORTURED OKAY?)
This is the important part.
This opportunity isn't normal. In fact, there's no contest. At least, at this stage there isn't. For now, I'll just be looking through quest threads, picking and choosing the quests that get granted. Free. All the art? From my pocket.
Now that doesn't mean you have to get your quest done by May 1st. To give you all plenty of time, I will be choosing one or two winners a week. for the next 6 weeks. This is a long running contest for several reasons. One is that I'd like to get some back-work done and set it up Metaplot wise and have it sound. Second reason is that quests take a LOT of work - and while I'll be choosing a winner or so a week, I'll need time to work them into it and get their permission to do what I'm going to do.
Of course, there's a catch...But you won't know about it until I perk at your concept. Aren't I evil? Anyway. Start working on your quests. If you haven't got a quest thread up, go ahead and request to join the guild and start one up.
This is, once again, FREE so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If questers need ideas just poke around the main thread - we'll all throw ideas off at you. Trust us. We're looney, but we have some real talent around here. We also won't bite unless you ask.
