The Criminal Name: Perpetual Ambassador ~~Also known as "The Undying Messenger" The bleached appearance with the red touches create the image of a zombie thus the Undying part of the name. The messenger addition is do to the helmet goggles matching with the brown bag and shoes. When it comes to sending secret messages nothing seems to stop this criminal, not even death.
Crimes: Wanted for transmitting secret messages, capture of this criminal will result in a vast amount of information that will enable the police force to capture other criminals. Don't be fooled by the slow mind the face gives off, nothing seems to stop him from delivering secret messages.
Capture Reward: 17k Gaian Gold
Achilles heel: The sloppy appearance works well with this avi therefore any new touches may take away that greatness. A tad of gold around the hand such as a ring may do the trick as well as a small tad of gold on the ear or head but not much, very small.

The Ciminal Name: Masquerade Raptor ~~Meaning "The Masked Bird." This is due to the magnificent disguise on the face. The feathers on the mask as well as the beak create the illusion of a bird face. Thus the flow of the whole avi becomes birdish.
Crimes: Wanted for stealing rare jewelary by using cheap wand tricks to distract the witnesses as her other hand quickly places items in her bag. Also wanted for stealing feathers from rare and exotic birds and adding them to her collection.

Achilles heel: Though the cluttered look does not work for some people, it works for this criminal. Recent attempts to capture this crook fails due to her ability to leap into the sky as if she is flying, but the feathers are falling and unless she can find some way to use pink or white items and make them appear as feathers, this criminal may soon be put into a bird cage.

The Ciminal Name: Contemptible Flapper ~~Meaning "Raggedy Roaring 20 Doll." The hair immitates the raggedy ann doll hair texture and the addition of the fish eyes appear to be button eyes. The Flapper arises from your avi's appearance mimicing the thigh high flapper dress and the magician wand appears to be a long drag.
Crimes: A never bought raggedy Ann doll turns into a life time of crime. Created in hopes it will be a clique for the young female children of the roaring 20s however that dream was never reached and only one was made. Angered, this doll first began breaking into toy shops at night with her handy toy flashlight then she began breaking into Toy Companies. This doll is charged with destruction of private property.

Achilles heel: Try getting the Long Drag item for the mouth then replace the magician wand with the Yokai's Treasure in spiked club form as to further express your avi as an angered roaring 20 doll.

The Ciminal Name: The Godforsaken Josher, or "The Shipwrecked Joker," recieved his name due to the anchor he always carries on his back. His appearance as a jester came from his former lifestyle but evidence of his facial expression says he has given up comedy for crime.
Crimes: He is charged with the not so funny crimes of: Breaking and Entering, damaging of private and public property, as well as dangerous jokes preformed on the public that cause choas. It seems he is conducting these crimes in hopes for getting his laughter back however every crime seems to just further bore him.
Capture Reward: 17k Gaian Gold
Achilles heel: The chained tail does match well but its position seems a bit off however that is due to the design of the tail. The possibility of the Yokai's Treasure in club form may add the effect of a destructive joker if positioned in the right way.

The Ciminal Name: Pandora's Banana is a criminal whose existance is still unknown. Research from scientist suggest this criminal found and ate the legendary Banana of Choas, thus resulting in the invasion of monkeys on him and his brown bag suggested he was once a researcher which further corrects our scientists explaination of this criminal.
Crimes: Breaking into zoos and freeing primates as well as robbery of yellow items and constant banana theift. The monkies seem to aid his crimes and this criminal protects himself with the fighting style known as the Wild Monkey.

Achilles heel: Alas there are no food items on gaia so trying to use a yellow banana to capture this criminal will not work. The red belt does not add nor subtract to this character and trying to make a yellow item to make it look like a banana will take a creative mind.

The Criminal Name: The Nocturnal Aerialist ~~Also known as "The Night Sky Preformer" recieved his name due the wings which adds evidence of an acrobat and his black and white costume mixes in with the night sky with stars.
Crimes: Found guilty of ease dropping on important administrative messages and selling that information. He is also found guilty of breaking and entering into secured areas and stealing important information. He uses his high tech glasses to see through walls and other steel objects.
Capture Reward: 20k Gaian Gold
Achilles heel: The possibility of an angelic headband may provide this criminal better speed and maneuverability that is if it layers well.

The Ciminal Name: The Inconversable Scoundrel ~~Also known as "The No Talker Crook" recieved her name to her pet monkey always clinging to her mouth preventing her to speak. The large creamish hair suggests this crook is an old woman in disguise.
Crimes: Charged guitly with the following crime of Murder Threats, because she is waving her weapon around and not speaking it is hard to tell whether she is a serious crook who will kill. Along with her monkey friend, this old woman travels around trying to be like the hip and cool new criminals. She waves her weapon at pedestrians who flee but she ends up chasing after them thus resulting her victums to distract the criminal with their money and jewels.
Capture Reward: 20k Gaian Gold
Achilles heel: At first sight she may appear to be a crazy old woman but closer examination of this criminal shows she is highly dangers. Golden Laurels, if layered above the Elegant Antoinette Wig but under the sumo wig and horns, may add on to her crooked disguise.

The Ciminal Name: OutWorld Enthusiast ~~Also known as "The Zurg Fanatic" is equivilant to the normal anime fanatic except this criminal is a Zurg. Evidence of this is due to the large amounts of donation items on this zurg as well as her devilish smile compliments her crime eyes.
Crimes: Destruction of public and private property. This female zurg finds something she likes and instantly rips it off to add on her collection of gaia. She is like an extreme tourist that will take everything in her sight as a souvenir. Beware for she has taken police uniforms as well.

Achilles heel: Obsessive item collection may not work for some criminals but it certainly works for this crook. An addition of a bag, preferably a blackish or whitish bag to match your color scheme will be needed in order to have more room for item collecting.

The Criminal Name:
Thr Royal Porcupine. The whole face give off a feel of a porcupine in a defensive position; spikey hair and the soot face is very animalistic. The atire, on the other hand, gives a very rich regal feeling. With striking black, gold and white one can see he is the creme of his crop and lives a high life.
Crimes:
Runs his country like a dictator, but no one has the guts to stand up to him lest they get pricked with his spikes...or cut down by his sword...or simply zapped into a frog (wand).

How can one improve perfection. His regal bearing has made him a master of high fashion and even if one didn't like his look they would still have to admit that it fits him quite well. He may be a dictator, but at least he's a handsome one.

The Ciminal Name: The Ensorcerolled Relic Frycook/- Otherwise nown as the "Magical Ancient Fryer"
Crimes: Starting out his life as a normal teenage fast food server, the fryer's of his work eventually corrupted the Frycook's fragile mind. Succumbing to the belief that EVERYTHINGS better fried, he travels world searching for the rarest delicacies to fry. So he can make them better of course. His best known entrees are the Mona Lisa, The Matrix, and the British Prime Minister. At the age of 22 he nearly got killed by a legendary sorcer he had attempted to cook, but instead he befriended the old hag and learnt the secrets of her magic ways. With Magic at his side the Frycook is nearly impossible to get a hold of, and there is no doubt he will continue his grease cooking ways untill the end of his existence.

The Ciminal Name: Durus Caput or "Hard Head" is a villian whose name came to be by her boulder like head. The stone looking shoes and reddish body further corrects the speculation that this criminal is as hard as stone.
Crimes: She bashes into the walls of banks, most often using her head. She packs a rock blowing punch and kick but it is her head that does the most damage. It appears this crook was once an intelligent being but an unknown accident cause a boulder helmet to stay firmly fixed on her head.

Achilles heel: The Dark Halo, if layering allows it, could look nice as anklets. If not the possibility of Demonic Anklets may be a subsitute.

The Ciminal Name: Afterglow Charisma ~~AKA: "The Twilight Allure" is a criminal who uses her hypnotic purple and blue glow to spellbind her victims temporarily. As the rest of her body blends in with the darkness, only her glowing colors show.
Crimes: Hypnotizing people and making them commit the crimes for her. She is a mastermind of tricking people into doing what she wishes, with and without her hypnotizing power. She works as those electric shock bug traps in that she lures people with her colors.

Achilles heel: There seems to be no sign of weakness.

The Ciminal Name: Bulbish Eara Avis Zion or "The Forest Bird Of Paradise" recieved his name by his forest like appearance. The green and yellow color combination concludes the fact that this criminal is plant related. His feathery mask and beak add on the conclusion of the bird word.
Crimes: He uses a combination of a fighting style with a katana and the taming of birds to rob banks and jewel stores. Policemen are unable to catch this crook due to the thousand of birds he is able to call. A crowing from this crook warns many to flee.

Achilles heel: Alas there are no green gold bird tails to add on to this lovely crook.

The Criminal Name:
Earthen Justice Bringer. The natural looking earth colors give the feel of a tree trunk, yellow flowers, and such...but the septor (sp?) and the monocle the the feel of a high class person or someone with good morals trying to do good. I get the feel that this one is the opposite of a villian, she's a superhero.
Crimes:
From a criminal's point of view she's one of the worst criminals there is. Always protecting nature from those of us villians who wish to destroy it by zapping us with her powerful septor can be a real pain in our butts. But like most superheros she can not be stopped.

Achilles heel:
This superhero is lacking that umph that strikes fear into her enemies. Perhaps a little sparkle would make them notice her more (starry eyed oculus) and her face...it's just too visible if she wants to keep her secret identity truly safe. Finally, fighting crime is hard to do in a skirt...even harder when that skirt is floofy and doesn't quite match shade wise. Perhaps a darker brown skirt that's tighter would look better. Villians beware, messing with her nature could get you in big trouble.

The Ciminal's Name: Domina Profundum or "The Mistress of the Sea" is a mermiad crook who has recieved her name due to her aristrocratic appearance. The colors of white blue and gold create the appearance of her being a wealthy criminal from the beginning.
Crimes: Theift of altantic jewels, damaging of ships and submarines. Robbing cruise ships are her favorite crimes. She lures ships into traps by protraying her wealth and beauty. She is a convict from the city of Atlantis and was kicked out due to her crimes so now she tries to ruin the above world.

Achilles heel: Currently not noticable.

The Ciminal's Name: The Dim Ambler or "The Shadow Walker" is related to the ninjas because she wears the black hood with a mask to hide her face as well as the addition of claws and a katana.
Crimes: She roams around japan breaking and entering ancient temples, museums and current jewel stores. She often tuants the guards with her cocky jestures.

Achilles heel: Possibly the golden pocket watch if it layers under the shirt but above the dress.

The Criminal's Name: Detritus Consumer or "Trash Eater" is a machine that was programed to consume trash as evident by this avi's trap jaw, meshing of items and consumption of the red bottle.
Crimes: Once the new trash eating model was produced, this version was sent to the junk yard to be destroyed. However his AI prevented his destruction. Now with a lost purposes this machine goes around consuming everything in sight, except meat and vegitation.

Achilles heel: There seems to be no off switch for this machine.

Crimes: This creature loves to cause choas just for the fun of it. She floats above the ground looking for her next victim to play a prank on. This criminal will appear both in the daylight and in the night just to pull pranks on people, most of the pranks causing some serious damage.

Achilles heel: Try fiddling around with a demonic bow on the back or one more demon ankelts for the ankels. If the results are to your liking then use them.

The Criminal's Name: The Rare Lunar Flower Eating Moth, or "Night Flower Eater" is a criminal who sneaks around at night using her grey to blend into the shadows. The @.@ face and shark teeth smile shows she is crazy hungry for white carnations.
Crimes: Constantly disobeying "Keep Off Grass" signs. This criminal eats flowers at night but loves to eat white carnations, She will eat any clothing that was made from white carnations.

Achilles heel: It seems this bug crook lacks some antenna so she could become lost easily with out them. Possibly the Alien Antenna Horns.

The Criminal's Name: "Monstrum Bos" or "The Monsterous Minotaur" is related to the minotaur family due to having horns and iron tail and looking human like.
Crimes: Having found an exit from his first prison, the labyrinth, this monster criminal began to cause choas in the city of Greece and Rome. Though he is lightly luggish with all his armour, this crook can cause a powerful punch and most deadly is his head ramming abilities.
Capture Reward: 20k Gaian Gold
Achilles heel: Search for Icarus's father, he once defeated a minotaur creature. Possibly he may be able to do it again.

Casino Royale also known as “The Blood Ace” is a demoness with a flare for gambling and a fantastic budget to work with.
Crimes:
Casino Royale is a female who knows the value of what money can buy. A rich owner of a Las Vegas esque city monopoly, she makes a killing with fixed games, cheats at gambling, blackmailing her customers and of course, keeping her bodyguards and thugs from beating up the casino goers. This businesswoman is experienced enough to know the importance of having others do your dirty work and keeps her underhanded dealings in the palms of others so as to keep her pockets bulging and herself out of prison.

Achilles Heel: The marking on her stomach seems odd but is rather interesting. The ears on the headband and the red shoes don’t quite go with the rest of the avatar colorwise but generally it is a superb look. Possibly looking into a white hat, a red pimp cane, and other shoes could be helpful. Either way, this is one powerful woman to tangle with.

The Criminal’s Name:
Cyberpunk Samurai or “the Demon Warrior” is a futuristic thug with a rather demonic theme to his already cybernetic appearance. His ancient seeming weapon adds an edge to his appearance that is used to cut down the competition both from rival thugs and higher powers.
Crimes:
This villain’s thuggish appearance and non-ranged weapon aren’t to be taken lightly. Though he may seem like your average punk his speed and sneaking skills are nearly unmatched and his swordsmanship is said to be perfected enough that he can block and even reflect bullets back on his enemies with his blade. This fighter’s power is said to not only stem from his partially robotic body but also from demon blood in his ancestory. This belief is aided by his liking for stealing demonic paraphernalia, ancient artifacts to do with mystic powers, and his somewhat demonly features. His favorite thing to do besides besting other thugs, taking demonic related things and get himself more meched up, is rob jewelry stores to feed his liking for gold.

A possible need for a little more red to balance that in the mask but other then that the Cyberpunk Samurai is a handsome devil.

The Criminal's Name: Pyro M. Aniac or “Dark Flame” is a vicious villain whose fiery appearance is only matched by her hot streak of thefts and demolition.
Crimes: She may not appear to be royalty, but at one time she was. Ms. Anica once ruled over a country whose chief export was wine and other alcoholic beverages, of which imbibed quite a lot. It wasn’t until one fateful night when she found herself verbally and later physically attacking a once ally of a nearby country that she saw her title taken away. The very next night all the factories, fields, and ports of her country were aflame, retribution for her misdeeds to her neighboring country’s leader. Now she is hell bent on revenge, setting anything that reminds her of that night on fire. Conflagration is now her only solace as her fellow countrymen quickly overthrew her and seized all her treasures.
Capture Reward: 19k
Achilles heel: Her shoulders occasionally get burnt by her flaming swords, though whether anything can be done about it isn’t known (I don't know if anything will equip there without covering other items). Overall she is rather strong with few weak points to exploit.

The Criminal's Name: Oliv E. Green or “General Goo” is a terrifying villain whose military prowess and powerful stare make her quite the adversary.
Crimes: Though she may look every bit a general, she never was in the military at all, only virtual ones. Yes, Ms. Green was an avid online video gamer, perfecting her sniping on a controller. She would play for hours on end, ignoring her hunger and hygiene. But she was the best, the supreme gamer in almost every single first person shooter game. However she was always bested in one game, Super Ultra Mega Military Shooter Game 17. Enraged she locked herself in her gaming room, shut the blinds and disconnected her phone. Oliv became consumed with the game, so consumed that her eyes began to glaze over and she lost all function except in her fingers. She didn’t even notice the electrical storm. She was electrocuted through the frying circuits of her computer with enough force to kill a 300 pound man, but she survived. Now convinced she is still playing Super Ultra Mega Military Shooter Game 17, she leads legions of video game obsessed nerds in a never ending quest to take over the world. She can be found hording every type of controller and gaming system known to man, batteries, and extension cords.
Capture Reward: 19k
Achilles heel: Because she needs two hands to use her sword, that leaves an opening for your own attacks (you need more white in the middle, ace of spades).

The Criminal's Name: Cari B. Ou or “Bull Bully” is an extremely energetic villain whose bull like appearance explains her uncontrollable rage.
Crimes: She may not appear to be a sensible girl, but at one time she was. Ms. Ou used to be quite the normal girl; she did well in school and liked reality television just like everyone else. Except she was obsessed with Red Bull, she drank at least 20 a day, which besides her hyper active bladder didn’t really affect her all that much. So she continued to drink and drink and drink, becoming addicted to the caffeine and battery acid that mainly made up the drink. Soon that was all she did, neglecting her academic duties she spent her life drinking Red Bull and running around wildly. That is until it caught up with her, yes she drank so much Red Bull that eventually the production couldn’t match her intake, and there was no more. Outraged she got incredibly worked up and vowed to destroy anyone else that dared drink Red Bull. And that’s what Cari did, however she also went through withdrawal which caused her to transform into a faceless monster hell bent on getting more energy drinks. She can be found anywhere energy drinks are sold, dancing DDR like a maniac, and buying Red Bull paraphernalia.
Capture Reward: 17.5k
Achilles heel: Her lower half is an easy target as not much protects it (you need more black near the bottom and gray to match the long johns).

The Criminal's Name: "The Schizophrenic Widow" or "The Too Crazy Ex-Wife Of The Mad Hatter." He wacko appearance basically gives her name away for it appears she has a wedding cake on her head with decorations from the wedding. She appears to be constantly celebrating her wedding day on herself.
Crimes: She is accused of not only being loony but she is accused of husband beating The Mad Hatter from the tale Alice In Wonderland. She also caused a large disturbance in every court appearance by damaging everything. The Queen of Hearts feared the ghost of this loony would live on so she banished this crook to the world of Gaia.
Capture Reward: 18K Gaian Gold
Achilles heel: She needs something in that hand of hers to say "Hey I'm dangerous and crazy don't mess with me!" A large frying pan would do the trick but since there is none the next best thing may be Yokai's Treasure (Oni's Club). Nothing says dangerous than a crazy woman with a large spiked club. Other than that maybe some other add on black items, if possible.

The Criminal's Name: "Kiwi Jamba Juice Gone Bad" Also Known As "Spoiled Kiwi Juice." The mixture of the main colors (blue, green and yellow) remind me of a drink from Jamba Juice. The kiwi flower is yellowish white and the fruit of a kiwi is green and thus results her kiwi flavor.
Crimes: She was once the most cheerful juice maker on the planet until one horrible day... a customer did not wish to give her a tip! This poor girl has always received a tip due to her cheerful and polite sunshiny attitude and the fact that a customer did not tip her was too much for this happy girl. She went crazy and began to mix up fruit flavors, ruining them on purpose. She is charged with being mentally unstable and mixture of juices.
Capture Reward: 19K Gaian Gold
Achilles heel: If she can somehow get a few more pixie sparkles around her waist area without over doing it this crook may be perfect. She just lacks a couple blue sparkles around her waist and feet area.

Her oblivious personality makes people think that she could never be smart enough to do anything wrong, let alone get away with it, but that's the beauty of it...beneath that innocent exterior is an intelligent and sly interior.

Enslaved, they work at the hidden factory to produce her favorite cigarettes and carve more masks to hide her smoky appearance, only the lucky are granted the honor of becoming her bodyguards and flunkies. When not acquiring more men to do her bidding, the Garish Geisha can be found wreaking havoc on the asthmatic, stealing anything that catches her eye, and causing expensive smoke damage to buildings public and private alike.

~People on the CRIMINAL ENCYCLOPEDIA may enter The Chief or Carmen's mission but not both.

~This contest is made up of two sides. You can do either The Cheif or CarmenSandiego I but not both.

~There will be one winner for The Chief mission and one winner for CarmenSandiego I mission. Then the winner of The Chief & CarmenSandiego I mission will then go to the final round of voting against each other. A sort of good guys vs bad guys final round.

Hello all you detectives! Hope you are ready for the first mission! Carmen has been up to no good and this case is no different. This time it involves the Sword of Aegis. The master swordsman Perusi had this sword fashioned from the head of the slain Gorgonus, a creature whose gaze could turn a person to stone with a single glance. Perusi used his shield to make Gorgonus glare at herself causing her to turn into stone. As Gorgonus turned into stone, Perusi quickly took out his sword and sliced of her head, which soon became the Sword of Aegis. Our ACME sources detect that Carmen plans to send a crook in time to steal that shield! Without that shield Perusi may be doomed and the Sword Of Aegis will not be created for gaian purposes. We need to stop this before it happens! In order to do that I need a detective who can go undercover as a warrior. To apply for this mission please pay attention to the following:

Bwhahaha! Hello there fellow crooks. ninja As most of you know the Sword Of Aegis is indeed an odd donation item and it can be difficult to match. Not only that but the item is worth little in the Marketplace. So I decided, well if Perusi fails then that item will not have existed and we may get a different item! In order to do this I built another time machine and went back in time to talk with Gorgonus. She is a really nice person to talk with... as long as you don't look into her eyes. Anywho we made a deal that I would send one of my crooks to go and steal the shield that belonged to Perusi. If Gorgonus were to survive that would mean bye bye Sword of Aegis and hello new item, most possibly a Stone Item since that is Gorgonus's specialty. In order to do this we need a crook who can look like a real scary monster to scare Perusi. So you criminals think you got the stuff to pull off this mission? Then listen to the following:
