Flatsales:
Going on now in the Main Thread and the Event Thread.
- Do not post until one of the staff says "Go" in bold green letters. (be careful, the staff sometimes like to trick people)
- YOU MUST POST IN SLATEBLUE WITH THE CORRECT INFOMATION.
- Do not guilt trip anyone out of buying a Hjortmenn.
-Flatesale price is 8k for a norm,10k for the edited ones. Prices subject to change.
-When posting after go, please state who it's going to be owned by, the name and the number of the Pod.
-DO NOT EDIT YOUR POSTS. If you do, you will be disqualified from that flatsale as well as the next one to come.
-No co-owning of flatsale pets. Period.
-No giving away FS pets unless you have a REALLY good reason.

Auctions:
One going on in the Event Thread.
-Auctions are usually for rare species and special events, so keep your eyes open!
-Sometimes there will be an autobuy and sometimes there won't.
-Up to 3 people can co-own an auctioned Hjortmenn.
-You may give away your auction pet to a friend, as long as you pay for it.

Raffles:
None
-Raffle tickets will be 50-100g per ticket, unless otherwise stated.
-No co-owning raffle Hjortmenn.
-Raffles will be done with a random number post.
-If there are freebie tickets, it's limited to ONE per customer. No mule accounts.
-You can buy tickets for someone else, just state that in your trade.

Customs:
See "Customs" post.

Pre-mades: You don't have much choice in this Hjortmenn. You can choose the gender and name but that's about it. A pre-made is exactly what it says, our colorists do whatever they please. Pre-mades are only available for Normal Hjortmenn.
Semi-custom: Here you can specify the gender, eye color as well as a theme for your Hjortmenn. You can also specify SIMPLE patterns to go on your Hjortmenn. The colorist gets to decide on what they view as a simple pattern. Semi-customs are only for Normal Hjortmenn.
Custom: Here you have full reign of what goes on. Colors, patterns, absolutely anything your heart could imagine. Before sending the trade to the mule, please contact the colorist you want to make sure they are able to do the patterns you want.
Lineart Edits: Not happy with the current lineart? Want flowers in her hair? Fire spines? Well we do it! It's the same as a custom except you can tell us if you want anything added to it! These slots are expensive, and are rarely open, but its worth it! Staff has final say on what they concider difficult or easy edits. Easy LA edits would be something like jewlery or small items. Difficult LA edits would be like clothing or extensive items. with difficult LA edits they MAY NOT resemble any 'cosplay'. If we find out otherwise, your pet will be taken away, WITHOUT A REFUND.
Cosplays: These spots will be very expensive, and rarely open. But its worth it, then you can have your own Hjortmenn {insert favorite character here}. We have the right to deny a character for use in future auctions, raffles ect. You can only get cosplays in the Normal stage (not that it matters, its mostly new lineart anyway)

We accept donation items at mid Zerg or rare items over 100k.

Things to keep in mind before you order:
-Females will cost 3K extra cause they are rarer. (This is to keep people from going crazy on buying females and making them even with the males.)
-The colorist has every right to refuse your order if it is too hard for them or for any other legitimate reasons. If you are rude to any of the colorists, you WILL be blacklisted.
- DO NOT pm the mule for customs if spots are not open. If you want one that badly, you may try and bribe us. For full rules on bribing, please see the "Pet trade/Bribes" post.
-Anything you don't tell us will be left up for the colorists to decide, so make your order VERY specific.
-We do take donation items as payment.
-For Cosplays/Lineart edits, Staff has the final word. We also reserve the rights to deny a cosplay character for other reasons.

Q: How do I get one?
A: Many ways. For more info and some rules, check the "Availability" post.

Q: Do we have to save it to our own server?
A: Yes, we would appreciate it. Each stage will be deleted when the next one is grown so if you don't save it you loose it. We will also delete some if we run out of room. So to make sure your Hjortmenn is always there, please save it to your own server. If not, we can't be held responsible for your Hjortmenn going missing.

Q: Can I have one for free?
A: Unless we just give you one without asking, no. You have to save up the gold just like everyone else.

Q: Why are they so expensive?
A: These are 5-6 stage pets, depending on how you RP them and if you have any items. They are wonderfully drawn and colored and took a long time to make. The price most likely won't go down because so much work is constantly being put into it.

Q: Do you accept payment plans?
A: No, sorry. Too many people try to scam pets that they, unfortunately, ruined it for the rest of the trustful citizens. HOWEVER, if you are a loyal customer and RP a lot, we may work something out with you. If you do end up breaking the plan, the pet will be taken from you and sold and you will be permanently banned from the shop. (There are always incentives for RPers)

Q: Do you do pet trades?
A: Sometimes. Please reffer to the "Pet Trades/Bribes" post for more information.

Q: Can I bribe you?
A: Sometimes. Please reffer to the "Pet Trades/Bribes" post for more information.

Q: I CAN’T WAIT GIVE ONE TOO ME NOW!!!
A: >.> Uh, no. You have to wait like everyone else. If you're so impatient, buy a custom. And if you keep bugging us, you will be gray listed, and will have to wait even LONGER.

Q: Why does said person get a free edited one but not me?
A: Because they were either really good friends or helped the shop in a huge way and exceeded expectations.

Q: So you gave said person a free one but you wont give me one? That’s unfair!
A: Sure it is. We had reasons to give them a pet. If we see you deserve a free pet, we may give you one. It's our shop and we can give a pet to whom we want.

Q: How many may I own?
A: As many as you want for now. Who are we to say where the cut off line is?

Q: Can we co-own a Hjortmenn?
A: Only Auction or Custom Hjortmenn. This is because bids can get very high. You can co-own with up to 3 people for the Auction Hjortmenn and 2 people for the custom Hjortmenn(cosplays are exceptions).

Q: How can I get a familiar?
A: Through normal ways that you would get a Hjortmenn. Also, if we see your RPing a lot, we may award a Familiar for you and your Hjortmenn to play with!

Q: Are they RP required?
A: No, but RP is strongly required. This is the only way for your pet to become a cheif. You also will get benefits such as payment plans, and free items/familiars. It also helps you brush up your skills for prompt Hjortmenn!

Q: Where do we RP?
A: You can RP in the many sub forums in the guild(when we get one), or directly in the thread.

Q: Can I take my Hjortmenn and never return?
A: Well, techinacally you could, but we ask you post a minimum of 5 times a month. If you don't, your Hjortmenn has a 99% chance of getting rehomed. If this does happen because of your inactivity, you WILL NOT get a refund. If you never read this before you bought one, too bad, you should have checked out the thread. Howver, if you are on Hiatus, we can understand, but we ask you to PM us so your Hjortmenn will be safe.

Q: How long until my Hjortmenn grows?
A: Roughly (depending on the colorists schedule):
Pod: 1 week
Infant: 2-3 weeks
Adolecent: 3-4 weeks
Adult: 1 month
Chief: When we deem you ready (RP wise).
NOTE: If we don't see you active in the thred, your Hjortmenn may take months to grow. It will be at our discresion. It WILL grow...just it will grow as fast as cold molasses.

Q: When can they breed?
A: When they are adults or chiefs. ((Exceptions can be made for perma-teens if the owner is active in the shop.))

Q: Can two of my own Hjortmenn breed together?
A: If they are not related, of course! No inter-related breeding though, incest is icky.

Q: How many babies can a Hjortmenn have?
A: The babies will depend on a random number. If you breed two species together, you have a 10% chance of getting a edited one. You can only get ONE edited one out of a mixed breeding, even if it is demonic/angelic(coming soon). For some reason one gene will wither rule out the other, or cancel each other. What will happen is we will roll a random number between 1 and 10. Then we will roll a 10-sided dice. If the numbers match, you will have an edited baby in the batch. Depending on the random number, you will have babies as follows:
Normal:2-4 babies
Angelic:1-2 babies
Demonic:1-2 babies

Q: Can they be gay/Bi or Lesbian?
A: Yes, they can! If you want to RP them like that as well, feel free.

Q: If they are gay/Bi/or Lesbian can they breed?
A: Yes, they can! Here we aren't too picky, as long as there is love.

Q: What happens to my Hjortmenn if I’m inactive?
A: Nothing. It will stay as it is. Mind you, you wont be able to get all the RP incentives.

Q: Can I sell or give away mine away if I don‘t want it anymore?
A: You can't sell it, as these are not made for profit, but if you wish to give it away to someone, just PM the mule and we will change the name on the cert.

Q: So, Can I join the guild even though I don’t own a Hjortmenn?
A: The guild is public so you don't need to join. We do ask all Hjortmenn owners to join so we have a sort of roster. (This will become so once the guild is up.)

Q: Can I have a job or be a guest colorist?
A: Maybe! PM the mule with a sample and if/when we need you we will contact you.

Q: How long will it take me to be removed from the gray list?
A: It depends on how much you pissed us off. If we see you being nice and helpful around the thread, we may remove you quite quickly. Now if you’re never around or you’re still mean, you may be there till I grow cobwebs in my ears.

Q: Want to be Affiliates?
A: Sure! Just PM us (the mule) your shop and we will add you. You must keep a link to us in your thread, or you will be taken off the affiliates list.
