Personality: Stern, elegant and very proud, you'd want Centaurus on your side in a fight but not necessarily as your best friend. He's slow to anger, but if you manage to piss him off he'll never forget it. He tends to decide very quickly whether he likes people or not, and if he doesn't you'd best stay away.

This is me, Centi's mother.
Kelidric
He is my Raharu, and helps me take care of Centi when
I can't be around. Centi has taken a liking to him.
Lerracian
My Songling. She likes Centi, and will sing to him from
time to time. Centi likes to watch her swim.
Ivory
She is my little Chromatic. She's easily annoyed with Centi,
and gets jealous because I spend more time with him. I'll try to
make it up...

Camelopardalis
Centi seems to like the big giraffe boy, and soon they will meet
again.
Vulpecula
The swift little fox girl startled Centi, but maybe they will get
along sometime..
Sagitta
Centi finally got to meet Sagi, they hit it off pretty well!

This is an astrolabe I got for Centaurus to use when he gets older!
It's perfect for astronomy, and I'm sure he will love using it.
For now it sits on the coffee table where we look at it together.

This here is a pretty gift from Sagitta! Centaurus loves to watch it at
night.




This is Centi's dog, Domino. He is a very small dog, called a Muttlie.

Again I stargazed, and again Centaurus looked down on me from above.
The stars seemed to shine more then usual I noticed. With a sigh, I
lay down upon my lawn chair, daydreaming, almost hypnotized by the
constant sparkling of the stars.
Then it happend.
With a blinding light, something shot downwards. A star?! The light
faded, and unsure, I walked over to the small crater. I saw a horse's
rear end. "What the..." I said, drawing slowly nearer. It let out a
whimper, and a head arose, not a horse's, but a baby's. That wasn't
no ordinary baby, it was...a centaur!
I raced over, afraid that it was hurt from impact. I put my hand upon his
back, and he looked up at me, his pale blue eyes scanning mine.
He tried to rise, but his legs wobbled underneath him. I picked him up
as gentle as I could possibly be, and took him over to my house.
Now it seemed, I had a child to care for, a new addition to my family,
Centaurus, the Centaur.

Silly little Centi. He's trying to run before he can even walk properly!
This morning I was sitting at the couch after checking on him in his new
futon bed (for it is hard to climb into a real one with a horse body ^_~).
I sat there, flipping through the news channels and thinking of what's for
breakfast, when I hear a distict 'clipclopPLOP' coming from the kitchen. I
got up and walked over, just to see little Centi on the floor, tears in his
eyes.
"Ammeidosaniiii!" he cried, wiping his eyes.
I lifted him from the floor, and gave him a hug, and he learned he
shouldn't try that again.

July 24, 2004


Since there was nobody there, I just took Centi home, flea dipped Domino,
got the house treated, then I gave Centi a nice long bath. He seemed to
enjoy the water, and laughed every time I spiked up his hair with soap.

Where do the day's go? Centi seems to be getting a little taller, he is
already trotting around the house as well, though his legs are still weak,
and he can't do it much, and he's already picking favorites in food.
He seems to like apples alot, which is good, he's eating healthy!

Centi is also learning to speak. He calls me Mah, water as WaAh, bird as
Brr, star as Stah, and apple as Ahpo. I love watching him learn, though
when he grow's, I'll miss my little baby...

It's August already, a time when summer is coming to an end, a time
that I am to become an adult, and also a time to worry about school.
I'm going to have to have Kelidric working overtime to watch dear Centi,
this is going to be hard on us all, I just know it. He seems somewhat
down, I think he can sence my worriedness. Well, we'll see what happens
when the time comes...
