Welcome to the Children of the Sun (CoS) auction! This thread is for potential caretakers/adopters to post their bids for the newest addition to the CoS family; Sirius. To find out more about CoS, please click here to visit our main shop thread.

Gender: Male.
Base Characteristics: extrovert, intellectual, logical, emotional.
Possible Strengths/Weaknesses: compassionate, sympathetic, open, capable of whole-hearted trust and of being easily deceived or disillusioned.

The above image is of Sirius' first stage. Through roleplay, you will be able to evolve him through a Child-Like stage and finally mature him to a Starling stage. Each image will be hand-drawn by Meriko. There is one other CoS with the same style of crystal, but the Child-Like and Starling stage artwork will be unique.

Auction ends: Sunday July 25th at 11:59 p.m. (Time extended due to Gaia problems) ***

*** This is an Anti-Sniping Auction. The high bid must stand for ten minutes prior to the close of auction to be considered valid. If someone outbids the high bidder at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, the auction will remain open for ten more minutes in order to give the previous high bidder a chance to decide whether to keep bidding or not.

Starting bid: 10,000 gold.
Minimum bid increment: 100 gold.
Autobuy: None. Unless you offer us something that makes us think you smoke crack, like a pair of mini wings and a million gold. We are, in fact, susceptible to bribery. *laugh*

Bidding Information:

--- Your bid must be posted to this thread by you, the hopeful Caretaker.
--- We will not accept PM bids, bids posted to the shop thread, or bids placed on behalf of someone else.
--- You may not withdraw a bid after it's been placed.
--- Your bid must be at least 50% gold.
--- Store items will be valued at sell-back price. Non-store items will be valued at low GEN.
--- Please do not include 2004 Easter items, Thank you Letters for April, or Thank you Letters for May.

I hope they fix the avatar bug...it would be nice if I could get the avvies for both dummy accounts working again...instead of staring at big red X's eek

But what happens if we're unable to edit the thread again and people believe the Auction is still going on? I think that's why Meriko just put the dates up...to be safe ^^
