Egg Stage
(And certificate.. Evil Alignment example.)
As an egg, a Rhyka is attached to a leaf and cannot move, nor do much of everything. Leaves are usually green, but sometimes the leaf may be brown and dead or red and yellow. The egg stage lasts about 2-4 days, depending on whether or not you visit the thread often. X3

Baby Stage
Babies sleep and eat a lot, and are very scared of other pets you may have, other people, or large objects in general. They need to be cuddled often to assure them they're safe. The only difference among alignments with the eggs and babies is the tail that is sprouted from each one. The baby stage lasts about 3-5 days. They're about the size of a baby mouse.

Child Stage
Children can speak English, fly around, and do everything that was inacessible during babyhood. Rhyka stay at this stage for a long time, unless roleplayed a lot in this thread. Rhyka have no genders, so you may call yours a he, she, it, or whatever you feel like. They cannot breed until they are adults, however, so becoming an adult is usually a must for young Rhyka. But for those who just want a cute young Rhyka forever, there are items available that may stunt their growth. They are about the size of a normal bat.

Adult Stage
Adults are about the size of a cat, and eat fruit or meat, depending on their own preferences. They are allowed to breed at this point, and may take a liking to another Rhyka. Rhyka do not bond for life. They are sultry creatures and may mate with whomever they like at the time. However, they must wait 2 weeks between each mating.

Rhy
These adorable critters accompany Rhyka on their tags, and may have other uses in the future *hinthint* xd Each Rhy has a special species, and a personality. Buy whichever you feel would accent your Rhyka the best, although... some Rhy are rarer than others. All Rhy have three stages- Egg, Baby, and Adult, just like Rhyka except missing one stage. xp

You will be able to buy as many Rhy as you want for your pet-- but keep in mind, Certificates are only so big, in adult form the Rhy may be covering your pet's legs, tails, and so forth. Buy sparingly. XD

Kitsune Rhy

These little tricksters are fox-like, but have slight manes down their backs. They are like the evil consciences sitting on a Rhyka's shoulder, telling them to do naughty things.

Avius Rhy

Avius Rhy are perky, offensive little birds as adults, but need a LOT of love when in chick form to grow up. Neglect will cause the maturation to take longer. Once an adult, these pesky birds will peck at anything--but are good at keeping insect levels lower.

Tanuki Rhy

Ever wanted a raccoon for a pet? Well, these Rhy are close enough. They enjoy cuddling, pouncing, climbing, and riding on Rhykas' backs. They are polite, and usually mild in temper unless their tail is pulled. They leave nasty bites.

Sushi Rhy

No, these Rhy do not appreciate being eaten. xp They are usually boring as children, needing to constantly be kept in water--but once grown into adulthood, Sushi are tiny mermaids, and need a lot more care and responsibility than an animal. They especially love to be groomed, and pampered.

Nekofly Rhy

Nekoflies are the rarest (and most adorable in my humble opinion) of the Rhy. They need a ton of attention as a kitten to grow to adulthood, and once at that stage, desire more love and affection than any other Rhy, lest they get angry and run away from home.

-Each Rhyka egg in flatsales will cost 1,000 gold.
-When I say the Flatsale has begun, and you want one, please post which number egg you want to buy along with its name.
-If someone posted they want a certain egg before you, they get first priority... first come, first serve... or something. :3




When two Rhyka are in love, they can breed. Breeding costs 2k, 1,000g from each owner unless both Rhyka are owned by the same person. Please take into account these special notices:
-As Rhyka don't have a gender, gender does not play a part in breeding.
-Rhyka usually lay 2 eggs. 4 eggs is very rare.
-Breeding Rhyka with two different Badges has never been done, no one knows what the personality of the babies will be.
-Breeding mixes designs and colors from both Rhyka, into the children.
-Special Rhyka, such as Nightmare, etc., may create very different children. Be forewarned. eek

Status-Changing Potions:
- Freeze Potion (50g) - Stops Rhyka from growing any older. Can be used on any stage, Child stage is recommended.
- Growth Potion (100g) - Makes a Rhyka grow to the next stage immediately. Only one may be used a day. Does not work on Adults.
- Youth Potion (200g) - Makes an adult Rhyka shrink back to a Child. The new Child cannot breed. Only works on adults.

Child Stage Items:
(These may only be bought for children, and will last until adult stage. These items are only available for Evil, Good, and Nightmare Rhyka.)

Nitemare Scarf (200g) - A creepy, dark scarf.

Winged Anklets (100g) - Cute, pure gold anklets.
(These items are only available for Evil, Neutral, and Nightmare Rhyka.)

Earrings (50g) - Two little golden earrings.
