This is an RP zone for the Monster Rancher shop. At this time, only Monster Rancher pet owners may post here, unless given permission to post by the shop owner (myself). You may use your other pets as well, but you must own a Monster.

A long stretch of pristine white sands dotted with palm trees, bordered on one side with warm, blue waters, and on the other with sheer cliff faces. Thsi is a wonderful spot to just kick back an relax after a hard day's work.

The following is a list of wild monsters that may be encountered during your explorations in the jungle. The letter before their name signifies their strength, E being weakest, and S being strongest. It is to the discretion of the RPer as to whether or not their monster can defeat a wild monster (but try to use a bit of common sense, k?)</center>

D - Wall Mimic (jell x golem)

C - Jelly Hare (hare x jell)

A - Bloody Eye (hopper x ???)
A - Silver Face (arrowhead x ???)
S - Zilla King (zilla x ???)

Saedusk made her way onto the sandy beaches of Torble. She sat with Xue at her side, waiting for her friend Kit to catch up.

"Gah! Stupid mountain rocks!" I complained as I took her shoes off and ran to catch up with Sae through the sand. I stopped a moment to look at the ocean. 'Beautiful...jsut beautiful...' I thought and finally caught up with Sae.

Cougar sat down in the sand stubbornly again ignoring us all and looked out to sea with a blank look on her face.

Sae giggled at her friend before standing and walking out into the water. She beckoned for Kit, Cougar, and Xue to follow. Xue did after a while. Unsure of the water at first but coming to like it the farther out she went. Sae grabbed her before she went to far and instructed her on how to swim. After a while of trying she got it right and could swim easily without the girl's help.

Kit swam out to join Sae and snickered then watched Xue for a bit. "Doing ok there Xue?" she asked then looked over at Cougar who was still sitting on the shoreline watching them. "C'mon Cougar get out here and have some fun for once..." She called.

Cougar glowered at her but got up and flew out to hover above them not going any lower to the water than she was.

"Good I guess."

Xue said, still paddling around. Sae looked up at Cougar and frowned.

"You should get in the water Cougar. I think you'd like it if you just try."

(I gtg for a bit to clean up weeds in the dogpen outside)

She smiled at Xue and followed her around playfully for a bit. Cougar still stared down at them and flew a bit lower putting one foot in the water and then flying back up.
"Nope don't like it!" she complained and Kit looked at Sae.
"She's just stubborn don't worry about her..."

Xue barked happily. She was really enjoying this day at the beach. It was much better than running around the valley all day. Sae looked at Cougar again. This time she smiled. She had a great idea.

"What's wrong? Are you afraid? Don't tell me you're a chicken."

Sae hoped Cougar was the proud type. If she was there was no way she wouldn't be getting in the water now.

Cougar glared down at Sae from where she was hovering in a sitting position. "Whats that supposed to mean!?" She demanded angerily as Kit looked up from where she was following Xue to watch. "Careful Sae..." she whispered while watching her Pixie carefully.

Sae heard Kit's warning but chose to ignore it. She was finally getting somewhere.

"I'm saying that you're to scared to get in the water."

She answered with a smirk.

Kit looked between her Pixie and Sae and swam closer to Xue.
"I am not!" She complained and promptly dove into the water splashing Sae as much as she could and sat floating a few feet away glaring at Sae. "I am not...." she muttered again.
"Good job Sae...." Kit said speechless, "now I'll be able to get her to do things around the ranch including her training." She said happily.

"Now see that wasn't so bad."

Sae said, wiping a few strands of wet hair from her eyes. She looked over to Kit and smirked again. She was very happy about her accomplishment.

"Some monsters are really proud and can't stand being called chicken."

She said in conclusion.

"I've noticed...she's been like that since I unleashed her" She says looking over at Cougar, "But Xue is so sweet!" she says hugging Xue and swimming over to Cougar.
Cougar continues to glare at Sae not even noticing Kit coming closer to her.

Sae smiles at Cougar, not even fazed by the Pixie's killing glare. Xue swims over to Sae, floating next to her as Kit swims over to Cougar. Both Xue and Sae had become curious, since Cougar had yet to notice Kit.
