Ok my ban is supposped to of ended today. I go to log on like an 1 hour ago it said i was still banned. So just a few mins I tried again and this time it's telling me "incorrect username or inactive account" wtf does that mean? Did someone deleted my profile or something?

pm a mod and ask them if your ban is going to end at a certain time.

Mmmm... I doubt anyone here would know exactly what to tell you.

My suggestion is to PM an online purple moderator and tell them the whole story, including your username, and they may be able to help you ^_^
