Jackalopes
Jackalopes are rabbits with the antlers of a deer. They have been considered a fairytale animal and begin to appear in the 1500s. Though a fairytale, rabbits do rarely develop a disorder that causes horns to grown from the skull, which makes very unhappy rabbits. The Jacklopes rather love their antlers, as they are their best defensive weapon.
They tend to enjoy living in herds where they are able to fend off most predators, but they also can run extremely quickly. Despite their cute looks, their antlers and break next speeds make their head-butts very dangerous. These Jackalopes have reduced hormones to eliminate unneeded breeding and aggressive behavior in the males. To breed your Jackalope you will have to rent a breeding paddock and buy hormone pills for the Jackalopes.
Jackalopes do not living in burrows and prefer open spaces. They never shed their antlers, but they can break with age.
The Paddocks and Manor
The Jackalope Paddock has several small barns each filled with stales designed just for Jackalope life. Their antlers prevent them from using burrows so they are most comfortable in a more open space with soft bedding. Every barn has two paddocks on either side. The paddocks are specially labeled for certain age groups, but there are a few paddocks that contain all ages. There are a few double staled barns attach to small paddocks for breeding purposes. The fences surrounding the breeding paddocks are very strong to prevent ill tempered males from escaping.
The main place for owners is around the manor which is a large country house. Most of the first floor is open to visitors and well behaved pets. Generally Jackalopes are left in the paddocks to socialize, while their owners are in the manor. Food and drinks are available for owners and pets on request at the kitchen.
