I've only palyed Battle Assault 1, 2, and Federation vs. Zeon. Both of which I enjoyed quite a bit.

i only have Journey to Jaburo and Zeonic Front. but out of those two games i'd say ZF is ALOT better than JtJ

heh heh, I have been meaning to get the new ones but there are some very interesting games on the Xbox that got the better of me. I'v only played the Battle Assualt and loved it. Especially sense that bosses gundam can become usable after you beat them.

yea i wanted to get the new Gundam games, but something that looked more interesting always came out. like Metroid Prime

Yeah, BA1 and 2 were fun. I'm not too hot on the Alternate Universes, but I got to beat on the Wing with the RX-78-2 in the Battle Assaults, which eased my sorrow.

Fed vs Zeon ... I haven't tried yet, sadly. But I did try both JtJ and EiS, and I hear that Fed vs Zeon is sort of a combination of those two.

My current favorite is EiS. I'm having way too much fun flying the Gelgoog Jager and blowing the Feddie ships sky high.

did any of you play the old SNES gundam games? i know they're in japanese, but they're alot of fun

Cross Dimension and Away to the Newtype were huge fun ... then again, I like strategy games. I didn't like V Gundam as much, but there were a lot of SD Gundam games for the SNES as well. However, SD Gundam was always somewhat overshadowed by Super Robot Wars for some reason.

The old SNES games were killer fun. I have a few as ROMs. I sometimes wish Gundam was popular in North America during the reign of the SNES ... I want to own an English Cross Dimension so badly.

heh atleast ya know the names, i'd have to check my roms again...either way there's one not really about the gundams, but it features them. Great Battle 4 that game is alot of fun

Hm ... I'll have to look for that. I've tried the SRW games right up to the newer ones on the GBA, but I've never heared of Great Battle 4 (or 1, 2 or 3 for that matter).

Oh, and there was an F91 game on the SNES too. I found it very hard.

F91 is that the one where you chose your gundam and you have to move around til you engage an enemy squad, then you go into a battle mode and you have to get them infront of you so you can get a lock. (yea king of run on sentences) also GB4 well...i looked and i don't think there was a GB1-3

F91 started with the Gundam F90 storyline. You chose the parts for your Gundam (The F90 had a ton of weapon hardpoints all over its body, and they could be outfitted with different systems), then flew the Gundam in space until you locked on to the enemy. You had a limited time until your enemy escaped your lock, and all the while they're firing at you. It finished with most of the story from the F91 movie (which is being released very soon ... but that's another thread).

So yes, it is the one you're thinking of.
