This lineart (by Chibizoo) is going to be used in a RP Shonen Ai (boy love) Breedables Shop. I'm looking to hire 2 Full-Time and 2 Part-Time colorists. Details, and links to the lineart are listed below:
Full-Time Colorist:
You will need to be able to color 1 set of all 6 stages of this pet every week (1 week to complete one set), during flatsale periods, though the actual number of pets that you'll be asked to color may vary from month to month (see position details below). I'd like to be able to offer around 5 or more pets per flatsale, but sacrificing quality for quantity is not allowed, so if you need extra time, it can be negotiated. You will receive 2/3rds of the flatsale price, and 80% of auction price. Each pet is going to be unique, and should be colored with the below guidelines in mind.
Part-Time Colorist:
You will need to be able to color 1 set of all 6 stages of this pet every other week, during flatsale periods, though the actual number of pets that you'll be asked to color may vary from month to month (see position details below). Coloring Guidelines:
[]The lineart may not be edited in any way.
[]These pets will each have a seasonal alignment (spring, summer, autumn, winter), and should be colored with their alignment as a guide for their color scheme (i.e. a winter-aligned pet should be colored in cool colors, while a summer-aligned pet should be colored in warm colors).
[]Absolutely NO hearts, stars, or other obnoxious patterns. These pets are meant to be more realistic than cutesy. Nature-based patterns (flowers, fire, leaves, etc) MAY be tolerated, if used in moderation and good taste.
[]Each pet MUST be unique, not only to other pets you've colored, but the other colorists's work as well. These will be RP pets, and nobody wants to RP a clone.
Position Details:
[]Full-Time Colorists may color a maximum of 1 Custom & 1 Auction pet a month, while Part-Time Colorists may color a maximum of 1 Custom or 1 Auction pet a month. Colorists will receive 80% of profits for this kind of work.
[]The colorist may choose the alignment of an auctioned pet, and any special markings they would like that pet to have. They must inform Sarabi of the pet's planned color-scheme, alignment, and markings before starting work, so that she can approve the concept, and coordinate a personality profile for that pet. Customs will be collaborated between the colorist and Sarabi.
[]Sarabi may or may not choose to sell your pet in a certain flatsale. This is her decision, and will be respected. Also, Sarabi may approve or disprove any plans for an auctioned pet, if she feels they are not consistent with the shop's style & quality.
[]You will receive a PM with the number of pets (and their alignments) you are to color each month, and you will have an opportunity to express any preferences prior to receiving orders.
[]Payment is as follows: 2/3rds of flatsale price, and 80% of auction price. Payment will be sent to the colorist after Sarabi has received all 6 stages colored, and has sold the egg of that set. Any free pets that are given away by Sarabi, she will pay for herself (if a custom, then custom-price, if an intended flatsale, then flatsale price, etc). Any free pets a colorist chooses to give away (limit of 2) will not be payed for, and are considered the colorists's labor of love for the intended new owner.

[]Entry: You are required to color at least the egg stage, as well as the final stage for your entry. Any other stages are optional, but you must theme the entire entry after one season. You must post which season you are theming your entry after, as well as which position you're applying for.
[]Other: You may keep your entry as a shop pet, and mandatory RP is optional for any colorist's own creation. You may only color one free pet for yourself, and if you chose your entry as that pet, any other pet must be paid for in a flatsale or auction.
[]Sarabi reserves the right not to choose any winners, or to change any of the rules or details, though she promises not to do so without reason.

By entering, you are agreeing to abide by all of the above terms, and to maintain a coloring quality equal to or greater than that of your entry. Violation of this contract will result in immediate termination of your position.
