"Happy Valentines' Day, girls!" Koko chirped, walking into the living room. With what seemed to be a bowl of.. Candy. Way to go, Koko; always thinking of food.
"What is there to be happy about, again? And what exactly is Valentines' Day?" The mech, Katana, droned. She obviously wasn't in a good mood. Nonetheless, this didn't put a damper on Koko's little parade. Ever cheerful, isn't she? Katana thought at her sister.
Seems that way. But it's not a bad thing! Moriko replied, smiling up at Koko.
"Ne," the older woman started, "I didn't explain? Oy, oy. Basically, Valentines' is a day o' happiness and being with your loved ones! I think it is, but whatever." She waved it off. "But, here, take some candy or something, will you? We always gave it out when I was in school, so, you know."
Koko didn't want to bother with any cards, so candy was the next best thing. Besides, the girls already knew how much she cared for them and their 'siblings,' right? .. Speaking of them, where
were they? The troublesome bunch.
"Ooh, candy?" Moriko reached out for the bowl, plucking out a couple candy hearts. ".. What do these say?" The writing on them was pretty small.
"Shouldn't matter. Candy's candy, ne? But.. Let me see."
Katana picked up a few of the hearts for herself, glancing at the words on them. "Be Mine? Funny thing to have on a candy."
"They're really popular, though. Especially if you have something to say to someone, or you wanna ask them something, but you can't just say it yourself." Koko nodded.
"It's kinda silly, but what can I say?"
