None yet, since he's still an egg. But he seems to get along with Kino018's Chimaera egg, Kurry. 3nodding

Kino looked down a bit, "Is your egg's wings okay?" Kino said. He rubbed his neck, careful not to drop his egg.

Tell me, I'll delete this if you dont like me RPing now.

The Magick was especially strong in the caverns today, almost audibly humming, it was so intense. The eggs were restless, fluttering their tiny wings furiously and rocking from side to side.

Suddenly, a loud crack, like the lightning of a spring thunder-shower rent the air, and two eggs began to hatch. Again, a crack sounded, this time like a rush of violent wind through leafy summer trees. Another egg began to hatch. For the third time a crack sounded, and it crackled like dried autumn leaves, and two more eggs began their hatching. Finally, the loudest crack yet sounded, like ice splintering in the brilliant winter sky, and the last three eggs started hatching.

Within moments the Chimaera had been birthed, and urgent squeaks and growls filled the sudden silence as the infants sought out their guardians, frightened and disoriented. The egg fragments lay scattered like bits of broken rainbow across the cave floor, some falling into the enormous lake where they out-sparkled the glimmering rocks and sea-plants.

Smiling serenely, Sarabi stood watch over the newborn Chimaera, waiting patienly for their Guardians to come collect them.

((Owner, please refer to the first page "Life Stages" post for information on how to care for your infant. <3))
Tymiko, who had fallen asleep in the cave with the little egg in her lap, woke to a small squeaking sound. Well, it was really more of a bleating like a goatling and the soft growls of a lion cub mixed together. It was unlike anything she had ever heard of.

She had stayed in the cave, worrying about her egg instead of going home like some of the others because she was really worried that she would come back to find it....well, she didn't dare think of that. The little feathery and leather wings had stopped moving some time back and she was almost sure she had failed it.

But as she sat there with the little bundle in her lap, blind and defencless, except for a tiny, snow white snake with grey stripes for his tail. The thing that set him apart from the other...kids, cubs, whatever they were called...was his tiny golden hooves and horns. Glancing at the other adorable hatchlings, she noticed that some had grey, some tan, some black, and one even had green. But none were the bright golden color that her's was. She smiled at him.

"Shh...it's okay, you're safe now..." She tried to sooth the little one, using a quiet, comforting voice. "I suppose I should tell you your name," she told him after he hald calmed down a little. "You are Hashi. Sweet little Hashi. But let's just see how long that lasts." She smiled, and Hashi squirmed a little, as if in response.

The atmosphere in the cave was still, warm spring air filtering through the cool stone walls. The babies had gone home with their guardians, but were bound to the cave's Magick still, and became quiet as they sensed the change.

Everywhere, each Chimaera suddenly felt the surge of Magick that meant only one thing- they had grown. A little bit stronger, and more adept at communication, they now also had the added skill of flight.

Some chose to try out their stronger wings, others sought out their human companions. And as they began to understand human speech, they realized they could use this language to speak with the other Chimaera over the mind-link as well.

Hashi sighed and walked around, feeling the grass beneath his hooves. He swaywed, unused to his two new legs. His friend and caretaker, a girl by the name of Tymiko, watched him and smiled, giggling when he tripped and nearly fell.

"I'm sorry Hashi! I didn't mean to distract you." She ran over to him. "Are you alright?"

"Fine. But these legs are so...flimsy! Wobbly! How can you manage?" he asked, exasperated and frustrated.

"Don't worry. You'll get it. It just take some time." She smiled at him.
