Welcome to our Uber Aduthule Contest! There are two seperate contests, one of which is restricted to pre-qualified contestants. The other however, is for five different pairs of twins waiting for good homes. Anyone may enter this contest.

1) Behave yourselves. This goes without saying: no whining if you lose, no gloating if you win. Although you are obviously allowed to be both disappointed and proud respectively, please keep things in perspective. Additionally, there is to be no arguing in this thread among participants or just lurkers.
2) Use the entry form we give you, and fill out every section COMPLETELY. If we find a section that isn't filled out, your application may be ignored!
3) SPELLCHECK YOUR ENTRIES. For the love of god, please, ;_;.
4) PM all entries to THIS account. Please do not PM entries to Shadow Puppet or any of the judges, and please do not post them in this thread.
5) If you have any questions, please post them in the thread.
6) You may enter for TWO separate pairs. You may NOT enter twice for the same pair. You do NOT need to try for two pairs. If you are participating in the Myze/Ceri and Love/Hate contest, you may enter for one of the other abandoned pairs - those who are NOT participating in the Myze/Ceri and Love/Hate contest cannot enter for those pairs.
7) Rules are subject to changes and additions whenever the judges and GMs see fit - please check here regularly in case there is a new rule or a modification.

Myze/Ceri

Myze and Ceri have been in your care for a while, and they seem to be maturing at a faster rate than when you first met. Perhaps it is time for a quest? We think the girls should try their hand at building a telescope! Once finished, it would be a perfect way to study the galaxies, or simply gaze at the heavens. Any materials necessary may be used, and the girls may go about this in whatever way they wish. Good luck!

Love/Hate

Despite their disability, your twins have learned much of the world around them. They are only just learning to talk and are having a hard time expressing themselves. We believe a trip to the local symphony hall could help them truly open their ears and learn to take in more of their environment. A concert would be the perfect way to introduce them to the world of music and may be an invaluable experience. We hope you will enjoy it as well!

This contest is to be run in two parts. The first round consists of three general prompts, one of which you are expected to reply to per pair. THE ADUS DO NOT NEED TO BE BABIES WHEN YOU RESPOND TO THIS PROMPT. We understand it's hard to write an entire story with just babies, so you can make them adolescents if you wish, but please don't go above that. If you would like to keep them as babies that is fine. This part of the contest is so we can get a general idea of who would suit what pair, etc. There will be a maximum of three winners per pair.

Once the winners of round one are selected, specific prompts created for each pair will be posted. You will have to respond to the prompt created for your pair. DO NOT RESPOND TO A PROMPT CREATED FOR ANOTHER PAIR. It is recommended that you respond to these prompts with the Adu at their current age, however it is not required. Once these entries are in, we will make our decisions as to who will be the new owners!

We are looking for creativity, quality, and accuracy in entries. Remember - quality over quantity! Just because you write a long story does not mean your story is best! Round two ends JUNE 19TH, 11:59 PM. Remember, PM all entries to this account!

Prompt: One person's dream is another's nightmare. At any age, a person can dream or have nightmares. Except in this case, one of the children is, inadvertently, letting their dream or nightmare bleed over into the other's mind and not even realizing it. Prompt: Children grow and grow apart, but one of the children doesn't seem to keen on the growing apart from the other. Greed doesn't like the fact that Liberality has grown away and has all sorts of new friends. In a fit of not only jealousy, but greed and not being willing to share the other with their friends, Greed grabs Liberality and leaves all their friends behind. It's just the first of many occasions in which Greed seems unwilling to share or play with others and Liberality doesn't seem to be able to put an end to it. Does this problem sort itself out between the two of them or does someone else have to step in and solve it?

Prompt: If one can fall from grace, is it possible to rise to it? One of the children is acting out of character, doing potentially good or bad things depending on the child. It seems that the child has completely turned over a new leaf ... Or is the child actually up to something? It's your duty, as their caretaker, to look into this and make sure that nothing's truly gone wrong. ... otherwise, you may just have a problem on your hands.

Prompt: Sickness and Health Prompt: Health has all ways been healthy and Sickness has all ways seemed sick one way or another -- and then, one day, the unthinkable happens. Health becomes sick and doesn't seem to be getting any better. Sickness seems to want to help out, but any contact with Health just makes the illness get worse, but adamantly the other wants to help, claiming that they can make things better. What do you do? Is there anything you can do?

Okay, I have another question. Sorry, but I'm just a little slow today.

Can we RP and talk about the Aduthule with our other breedable pets, or do they need to be kept completely separate?

This is fine, >3. Just try to keep the story focused on the Adu.
