Welcome to the Cold-Blooded Prophecy, an RP set in the world of Nafa-Talamh. You probably have no idea what I mean by that, but read on, you'll find out enough to know.
-Keep it sane. Follow the rules.
-All Gaia moderation/TOS/Forum restrictions and regulations apply(duh).
-Use the character bio form given below to create a character, and PM it to myself or Ewan Cooey, depending on which side you join, for approval.
-Two characters maximum alive at any given time.
-Remember which room you are in, as you can only really interact with others in that room.
-Enjoy.
-If your bio is not approved, we will inform you of it, and encourage you to change it.
-If your character is approved, we will notify you as well as the appropriate GM adding it to their list of paw... players.
-During a fight, the GMs will at times agree on an outcome that may not have been recognized by the players, decide a victor, and PM both contestants with the information.
-We will try to be fair to you as a roleplayer, and remember, if one of your characters dies, you are allowed to make another one in its place.
-Remember to play on your strengths and weaknesses, dependent not only on the individual, but on the race as well. We will probably tell you that you lost if you have an Aer-Naomh try blocking a blow by an Ithir-Naomh.
-Check up on this post often. Things may change, and announcements may be made.
-Also, we will post everyone's position in their bio, and this may help give you an idea as to what strategies you can take.
-More than two people can engage in a single confrontation.
-There can be only one POWER CHARACTER per side, and this will probably be controlled by the GM. POWER CHARACTERs will be able to, if they are losing badly and/or have far fewer players, call on NPCs to assist in the war., in an effort to make things more balanced. A POWER CHARACTER's player will be at the sole discretion of the GM of that side.
Races available, and how they came to be part of this conflict:
Still need a dungeon. Any comments or suggestions, PM me,

Sub-race descriptions and special strengths/weaknesses:
-Aer-Naomh:
- The Aer-Naomh, like all other Olc-Naomh, are a lizard-like people. They have bluish-gray scales, and are generally tall(6'-7') and slender(80-120 lbs), with a straight figure. Their eye color ranges from yellow(standard) to a navy blue.
- Aer-Naomh are weak to physical attacks, but have an amazing equilibrium, lessened dependency on oxygen, and in some rare cases, the ability to fly.
- Their personalities are spontaneous and erratic.
-Uisce-Naomh:
- Uisce-Naomh have greenish-gray scales, and are generally mid-range(5'6"-6'6" wink in height and weight(150-200 lbs), generally with a curving figure. Their eye colors range from yellow(standard) to a blue-green.
- Uisce-Naomh are weak to high temperatures, but have an amazing resistance to extremely low temperatures, and in some rare cases, possess the ability to heal.
- Their personalities generally range from cold and uncaring to compassionate.
-Ithir-Naomh:
- Ithir-Naomh have reddish-gray scales, and are generally short(5'-6') and heavy(180-400 lbs), with a stocky, square figure. Their eye colors range from orange to purple, although yellow is the most common.
- Ithir-Naomh have a heightened dependence on oxygen, and a weakness with acrophobia, or the fear of heights, but have amazing physical strength and endurance.
- Their personalities range from sensual to controlling, although the most popular is quiet and certain.
-Tine-Naomh:
- Tine-Naomh have yellowish-gray scales, and are generally mid-range in both height and weight, with varying figures. Their eye colors range from yellow(standard) to green.
- Tine-Naomh are weak to low temperatures, but have an amazing resistance to extremely high temperatures, and in some rare cases, possess the ability to fire a harmful blast from the palm of their hand.
- Their personalities range from passionate to spontaneous.
-Remember to thoroughly think through your character's history if you choose to play anything other than an Olc-Naomh.-
Elven sub-races:
-High Elf:
- High elves are the leaders of the elves, each granted their own special ability, often called magic, to assist them in performing their life's mission. They are bound to that mission, and will do whatever it takes to accomplish it. They are generally fairly tall(5'6"-7') and slender, although generally not as slender as the Aer-Naomh. Their eye colors are as varied as those of a human's and the color of their hair, though usually white, varies also.(Go ahead, have blue hair, pink hair, whatever-stirs-your-mush colored hair... Just remember that Olc-Naomh have no hair.) They are light-skinned, and have a set of colorful butterfly-style wings.
- High Elves, aside from a single ability granted to them to perform their mission also possess the following abilities:
Control - allows them to force the minds of common and Faoi elves to do their bidding. Requires eye contact, except monarchs, who possess mass control.
Flight - Some have worked their wings to the point that they can hover to a slight degree.
Their personalities are as different as their life missions.
A High Elf would never willingly work with the Olc-Naomh, due to an ancient fued between the two races. A High Elf here, therefore, either has a life's mission of diplomacy to the Olc-Naomh, or has been captured.
-Common elf
- The common elf is just that, the average laborer and peasant of the elven kingdom. In their natural habitat, a common elf is almost never unhappy, as long as they are able to do whatever trade they happen to be a part of. They can be between 5'-6', and of varying weights, eye colors, skin colors, hair colors, and general appearance overall, usually dependant upon their profession.
- The common elf may obtain up to one minor special ability, depending on their profession.
- Professions can be any constructive proffesion you can think of. There are also less constructive professions, such as assassin, soldier, etc.
- Like the high elf, the common elf lives to fulfill a set purpose.
- Like High Elves, Common Elves would never willingly put themselves in association with the Olc-Naomh. They are either captured, or it is related to their profession.
-Halflings
- Wherever the other elves are found, Halflings will go. Halflings are short, and range from thin to stocky in weight. They are in all other ways as varying as any other kind of elf, including their habits. Unlike the other elves, though, Halflings have certain set traits that set them apart.
- They are curious. A Halfling will, when not busy, do anything that happens to catch their attention. This often makes them seem fearless and mischeivous.
- They are obedient. When given a job, the Halfling will perform it without question.
- Some halflings are kleptomaniacs, "wild mages", meaning things they do will have an unpredictable effect, they are sometimes all-knowing, although this is by no means wise, they simply have information on everything.
-Humans
- As a race, I believe the title says it all. Humans have no particular special abilities, or strengths/weaknesses. No set physical features or professions, and are the shortest-lived of all the races in CBP(Cold-Blooded Prophecy)
- Remember your history. You may have entered through any means, but humans generally have a hard time getting to the world of Nafa-Talamh. They may have entered with the militant group called the Ronin, which was shattered. Many of the human soldiers now look for work, and the Olc-Naomh provide the perfect opportunities.

Character bios should be in the following format:
Name:
Race:
Sub-race:
Age:
Appearance:
Personality:
Weapons/fighting style/special abilities:
History:
Sub-race need not apply to human, although putting something such as Hispanic, Caucasian, etc will be acceptable, as long as you understand what you're saying.
Remember to add height, weight, and eye color to appearance. Also, any distinct markings your character possesses will be nice. For a race other than Olc-Naomh, hair color is also necessary.
Same as avatar is only legitimate for human characters. Elves or Olc-Naomh will need a description.
Olc-Naomh reach maturity at 20 yrs, and live nearly 200 yrs. High and common elves live roughly 600 yrs, and no one has seen a Faoi elf die of old age.
Remember to keep weapons/fighting styles/special abilities in the realm of possibility for your character

Things you should know about Daiten and the Olc-Naomh:
Daiten serves under the supreme rule of an Olc-Naomh called the Great One.
Most Olc-Naomh cities are this way. Few allow the common people a say in the government. The owner of a city is allowed a single vote in a governing Senate, which decides what the individual dictators can and cannot do.
This war has been going on for some time. A group of Olc-Naomh, unsettled with their life, have decided to take matters into their own hands and go against the will of their dictators, and even more so the Senate. The age-old war no longer knows good or evil. Both sides have resorted to terrorization, mass murders, assassinations, and depravations of all sorts. Still, only one can be right. You must make your own choice.

Monarchist team
Power character:
Played byJacob Freeman(Yes, this counts toward his two characters max.)
Name:Rek
Race:Olc-Naomh
Sub-race:Uisce-Naomh
Age:84
Appearance:Rek has yellow eyes, weighs about 180 pounds, and stands at 6' tall. He wears a long blue-green robe and a cape with purple trimmings. His scales are starting to get a little loosely fitted, due to his age, but a large area of his chest left bare by his robe is kept trimmed and straight.
Weapons/fighting style/special abilities: Rek's only special ability is the fact that he is the supervisor over the entire city of Daiten, and thus has access to the city guard, who do his bidding without question.
Personality:Rek takes from both sides of the water element, as although he is usually considerate, friendly, and even at times slightly sympathetic, he also tends to punish with an even measure, and without the slightest show of compassion. After a punishment, he will always admonish the one punished, providing the punishment is not fatal, to mend their ways in as friendly a manner as possible. He hates to use capital punishment, and will avoid it unless doing so breaks a law.
History:Rek is the illegitimate child of a Tine-Naomh father and an Aer-Naomh mother. When he wsa born and his parents found out, his mother was crushed and his father frozen to death. Then, as an infant, he was taken in by the Olc-Naomh who held the position of the Great One's Messenger at that time. When the father figure in his life was removed, it was only a natural choice that Rek, his only son, although adopted, would get his position, which he did.
Ready to play; awaiting members.
