I have contacted many owners of toy stores in the last couple of weeks, trying to find more enchanted dragons, and a while ago, one of them sent me a tiny package that contained 40 tiny little jewels and a sheet with descriptions. In the accompanying letter it said that he found the package when he was cleaning out his store room, and that he vaguely remembered that years ago, they came with a delivery of enchanted dragons that he has long since sold.
Here is what the descriptions say about each kind of jewel.
"Levitation"
When given to a young dragon, such as a newly evolved hatchling or wyrmling (dragon on the verge of becoming an adult), the dragon will develop only weak powers of levitation at first. They will be able to move or hover small, light objects through the force of their will for a few seconds, and that will already exhaust them. However, as the dragon grows, so will the ability until they can levitate objects as heavy as themselves for up to a minute, and heavier objects for a shorter time period.
Keep in mind how difficult babysitting a dragon without abilities can be before you give this to your baby dragon!
When given to a fully grown dragon, the dragon will come into the full abilty at once.

"Fire Breath"
This ability is propably the one most commonly associated with dragons, though it is not an ability that every dragon automatically possesses.
A young dragon will at first only produce meager results, comparable with the power of an ordinary pocket lighter, but it is still not recommended to give the jewel to a dragon too young to comprehend that they can do serious harm by playing around with fire.
A grown dragon will be able to produce strong bursts of fire, but thankfully, most dragons are good-natured enough to not abuse this ability.

"Freezing Touch"
Gives the ability to make objects freeze at a simple touch. Again, a young dragon will not develop this ability at once - a baby dragon will at first only succeed in lowering the temperature a few degrees. In summer, it can be very handy to have a baby dragon with this ability around!
An adult dragon can turn a tub full of water into ice in a mere second. Practical uses aside, this can be a powerful and deadly weapon, should the dragon be inclined to use it as such.

"Empathy"
All dragons are telepaths to a degree. They can usually talk mind-to-mind with their owners and with other dragons, but that is normally the extent of their psychic abilities. This jewel gives them the power of empathy - the ability to feel what other living things are feeling, and even to influence those feelings. That extends to humans, dragons, animals and even plantlife!
Oddly enough, this is an ability that even baby dragons can grasp at once, and in fact, young dragons seem to be better at it than older dragons!
This is usually not harmful in any way, but be prepared for sudden inexplicable bursts of sadness or joy while your dragon is getting used to their new ability.

You should know that once you give a jewel to a dragon, you can't undo it, and a dragon is only capable of learning seven different magic abilities, so be careful about the jewels you buy!
