*No Netspeak. I've seen people state that you will get put on their black list for correcting their grammar. Here it's the opposite. Please use proper spelling and grammar, or I will ignore you. Unless I'm really desperate, of course.
*No Flaming. I don't mind if you chat in this thread. It keeps it bumped and makes for a more interesting read when I'm looking for orders than "bump, bump, bump" does. However, you are NOT allowed to attack other people here, and you are certainly not allowed to attack ME.
*No Begging. Though my prices are not set in stone, I am not doing free portraits if you beg for one, and I am not going to trade you my most expensive portrait for a hockey mask. If you've got an OMG, we'll talk.
*No PMing Lumi. When my waiting list is full, it's full. I'm not going to have a list to get on a list, that's silly. Do not PM me just to beg to get on the waiting list. People on the list can PM me TO A POINT. I don't want my inbox overflowing next time I log in.
Please follow the rules and use common sense. I don't have that many, it isn't that hard.
Who are you?
*My name is Luminance! I used to be imperius_unforgivable, but then I decided that I would like an obscure art term for a name, so I changed my account. Impy still exists and is one of my mules, along with SuriSabre and Raemil.
I am a sophomore at DigiPen Institute of Technology, training to be a professional game designer/animator/concept artist. Though I'm not certain exactly which job I want, I'd like to work for Insomniac, Square-Enix, Capcom, or Pixar (hah!) in the future.
What kind of art do you draw? What medium do you use?
*I'm currently fighting an uphill battle against anime, so my art tends to be semi-realistic anime. I have recently begun playing with other styles, including the Windwaker-esque art I am offering in this shop. I normally work in col-erase blue animation pencil, micron pens, and copic sketch markers, but we start CG art next year in school, and in order to prepare myself, I'm working only in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet.
I want a free portrait! Can you draw me one?
No. However, you get a discount if you are one of these people:

Sorry about Mars, guys.
What will/won't you draw?
*I will add and adjust certain items that cannot be done on Gaia. For instance, I draw my avatar with earrings, and I altered the guitars to be backwings. I will NOT draw furries (ears and tail only doesn't count), porn, furry porn, some of the crazier items (space monter mask etc), or anything suggestive. If you have a special request, just ask me. Worst case scenario, I say "no." Next worst, I ask for a bit extra gold. Most of the time I don't have a problem with it, though, I'm pretty open to suggestions.
Why are you so expensive?!
*Well, in three years I'll officially be in the video game industry, making games, and at that point I'll probably stop doing this out of paranoia that someone's going to buy a commission for Gold and then sell it on eBay for way more than it's worth. I doubt I'll ever really be that famous, but meh. I have seen scribbly little chibis going for 3k, so I'm starting my prices here and seeing how it goes. Besides, I'm doing this for Gold and experience. The full-colour CGs take me about six hour apiece, and that's with no background. It's a lot of work.
Oh, and I'm questing for an OMG.
Hold on, last time I was here, you prices were ___! Now they're MORE than that! What happened?
*I adjusted them. I'm looking for a price at which I still get orders, but in a flow that I can handle. Questing for an OMG, remember? I want to get the max price out of these I can. I upped the prices today because I saw something almost exactly the same as what I'm producing charging 15k for a colour CG, and people were talking about what a great price it was.
*Black List*
No one yet. Let's keep it that way.
