4. Requested Content: This can be as long as you like. Be as desciptive as possible & say what you'd like there to be in you banner. Such as, colour,type of background, type of text, particular items(such as quest items), particular placement of objects, etc. If animated, put what you'd like to move & how.
5. Text: Put all the text/information you'd like included in the Banner. Try to tell me which parts of the text you'd like in a larger font size or even particular colours.
6. Image/s: Post any images you'd like included in the banner. Such as, particular avi's, quest items, particular background images, etc.

1) 'User' posts their order form in the shop (quote example)

2) 'Artist' sends a confirmation and bill PM to the 'User'
3) 'User' then must send half of the cost of their avi drawing to the 'Artist' (cost amount will be noted on the bill)
4) Once trade is successful 'Artist' adds 'User' to Pending Artworks List and the work will be made in the order according to the Pending Artworks List
5) When a drawing is completed and small preview is PMed to the 'User' to prove that the work is indeed completed (quote example)

6) 'User' must then send the remaining half of the amount they owe to the 'Artist' (which will be noted in the PM with the preview image)
7) Once the trade is successful the 'Artist' will PM the full-sized drawing to the 'User' (quote example)

RULES
Rules will be altered or add onto at anytime, so please make sure you check them frequently
- Keep within the pg-13 rating please.
- Please avoid bumping unless you are a friend of Tsubaki-sama.
Or any other excessive posting that is not neccessary. Eg. Don't start begging for a us to take your order a million times in the shop (And Definately Don't PM me). This would result in you getting reported for harrassment and ignored indefinately. I'll accept orders when I'm online (look at the little online/offline symbol next to my avi) and have read your request, be patient. I'll do my best to make sure that you're not left out.
- Don't bother with requests that exceed the PG-13 rating as they will be ignored. I know, I love the naked avi's too, but I don't want to draw it. Think of the children. gonk
- Be patient with me, as I do have a busy life outside Gaia and am extrodinarily slow at drawing, so avi's (depending on the difficulty) may take anywhere from 2days - 2weeks (from the time they are started). I'm sorry, but I can't offer any exact dates for when a drawing will be completed. Thankyou for your patience and understanding.
- All prices are negotiable, esspecially if you want to give me more. I will offer special prices only to those who really need them. If you do need to get a special price on your avi art, you are free to ask within the shop, I will read requests posted in the thread, but any PMs about getting discounts will be ignored. Also, don't waste my time with bullshit responses, I'm offering this for people who actually need it.
- Be aware that Tsubaki-sama may refuse to do certain avi's and will not need to give a reason. If your order form is refused you will recieve a PM, then I don't expect to hear anything further on the situation. (further harrassing on a refused order form will result in a reporting for harrassment.
- If pending list becomes to long and the work load becomes to much for Tsubaki-sama, as a last resort orders may be withdrawn, all gold trades WILL be returned and orders will get refused until further notice. I pray that doesn't happen, but it is very possible.
- Once an avi art has been started they may not be cancelled. Only I may cancel an order by this stage. If you do really wish to cancel an order you will NOT have your payment returned to you, as I will have already put effort into making your avi art.There will be no exceptions, as we do not want to waste my time making an avi art only to have you change your mind. BE AWARE OF THIS RULE.
- Banners content should not require excessive drawing, such as putting a drawing of your avi within a banner. Although putting an already created drawing/picture of an avi into a banner is fine. If you want your avi to be drawn & then placed within a banner, you'll need to order an avi art seperately. I will inform you if the drawing in a banner is to excessive and if the price may be affected. Don't worry this shouldn't happen often, I just hope I explained it properly. sweatdrop

FAQs
Question: Do pets such as the Kiki's/CoCo's/RoRo's/Yeti's/etcetera count as extra avi's?
Tsubaki-sama: Of course not, they're are part of your avi & will be included in the avi art pricing as if they were clothing. I can also move your 'pets' to locations not available on gaia by request if you'd prefer. (eg. I can put your CoCo hanging off your leg, rather than your face.)
Question: Is there a limit to the number of avi's I can have in an avi art?
Tsubaki-sama: At the moment there isn't although if the number does become very high, just remember that the allowed space for each avi will become limited & there may be less detail, since each avi will be drawn smaller to fit onto the page, this may also take longer to draw than most avi art's as there will be a lot to include, so you'll have to be very patient. Also depending on the work load, such as if you want it coloured, I may request a slight increase in the price, however this would only happen if there were say roughly 7 or more avi's you wanted drawn. I'm trying to keep it fair on you, but remember I can't spend all of my time drawing pictures for a website and not be compensated.
Question: When I order an avi art or banner, will it still have the big words 'Sample Art' across it?
Tsubaki-sama: No, the words 'Sample Art are only there so that people who visit this page will not be able to take my art for free. It's basically only on them to protect against art theives.
Question: Why is my avi-art/banner smaller than I was expecting?
Tsubaki-sama: It is due to size restrictions. When I finish an avi art before I send it to you I resize it to meet with the picture size restrictions on gaia (Limits are a max of: 100Kbs Size & 100x100Kbs Width/Height). There wouldn't be any point in giving you something that is bigger, otherwise you wouldn't be allowed to use it on Gaia.
Question: So does that mean you'll draw couple art? .-.*doesn't know if group art=couple art*
