After the incodent (more on this later ) Megans parents decided to move her to Japan. Megan didnt know what she would incounter there but she and her cat cassie went to japan.

History: She is Queen Nephelenia Reincarnated and shares a starseed with the dark Queen. She wishes to find the Dreamsnatchers- chosen humans that were once part of her court but had die long before the original queen was born- untimely s- and to regain the power she lost as well as her kingdom. But most importantly she wants Helios, Endymion and the golden crystal.
Helios because she had loved him in the past and Endymion to get revenge on the pink haired brat Chibiusa.
