Haihai and welcome to the Lotto Of Millionaires!

This is a lotto to help my OMG quest. As you will come to realize this lotto will be here for quite awhile. xD
I intend on finishing it, so please don't tell me to quit or anything like that.
Feel free to take a look around, and buy a few tickets if you will. I wish you the best of lucks and congratulations in advance to the winner!

1 million tickets will be sold!
10 gold per ticket
10 bumps per ticket. (These bumps must be made in the Quest Thread.
You can buy as many tickets as you wish.
There will be NO discount just because you bought more tickets. (that's because of the prizes for top ticket buyers)
You CAN trade in items to pay for tickets, but I will be the one deciding how much I want to pay for it. ^-^

The Winner will be choosed by http://www.randomizer.org or if possible, then just by the number choosing on gaia.

Avi Arts For Free Tickets

Yep. I'm willing to give away 5 free tickets for avi arts.
Here's the catch:

You MUST show me an example of your art first.
I will decide wether you are eligible or not. [don't worry. I'll most likely say yes. I just don't lik epeople who will try to scam me by drawing two lines. -.-]
It's 5 ticket per art, unless it's REALLY good or unless you are a buddy of mine. ^^
I WON'T give you free tickets if you haven't gotten my permission to draw for tickets.
Of course generous arts for free will be loved too. <3
you can only get free tickets ONCE.

your tickets won't be shown on the buyer's list unless you have confirmed the trade.

You CAN trade items for tickets, but I get to decide the price. (I will be fair)

Please tell me in advance BEFORE you change your name! I can't stress this enough!!! It's just that it will be really hard for you to prove who you are if you changed your name before telling me.This is just for safety reasons. And yes I will ask for you to prove it, and if you can't, then the name on the buyer's list WILL NOT CHANGE.

Rules:

1. you must PERCHASE at least 1 ticket to be in the bumping contest. If you have gotten tickets for bumping in my quest thread, it doesn't count. Those tickets are not perchased. They are only for the lotto. sry guys.

2. This bumping contest is different from the others. Instead of having the highest bumper overall. I will award 1 point to the highest bumper of the day. So in the end, whoever have the highest point wins.

3. you can buy 1 point with 500 gold. ^-^

4. Keep in mind that I might randomnly award point for those that are nice to others, and for those that donates to me. ^-^

5. You WILL get 1/2 a poin if you came really close to 1st place of that day.

6. You must start from 1 everyday, or else you will get 1 point deducted. (For the first 2 times that you miss, you will only a get a warning, but 3 strikes and you are out ^.^)

7. You are NOT allowed to use mules

8. You HAVE to number the bumps.

9. You can only have one bump per post.

10. You have to bump 50 or over to be counted for the day. I have way too many people bumping only 10 times a day and that gets really frustrating to count.

This is a Temporary Contest and is just to get this lotto started, so take advantage of it while you can. ^-^

For a short time, I will give you one free ticket for putting our banner on you siggy for one month (you will receive the ticket at the end of the month). ^-^ I know it's not alot, but hey, it's a free ticket, and who knows, it might be the lucky ticket to win the lotto. (please pm me for the banner, and I will make one for you as soon as possible)

You will also get one free ticket from me if you referred us to 10 people. Now keep in mind that those people must buy at least one ticket per person from the lotto, and must either pm me or MizPerfect your name or has it in the trade, so we know that he/she was referred by you.

OK, school have finally caught up with moi, so I don't have alot of time updating bumps and such. So from now on, I will award points to people who count the bump. Here's how it works.

PM me if you want to participate in this, and when are you available to do this, and for how long are you available to do this. Please make sure you can follow up with your plans. [unless you have an emergency, those are understood]

I will need two people per day to count, and please don't cheat. If you make small mistakes, I'll understand, but iof you cheat, then you will be kicked out of this contest and even out of the lotto.

I will assign who to bump on which days, and if it conflicts your schedule, please pm me.

[1]. For every week you've counted, I will award you 1 point.

[2]. For everyday that you have to substitute, you will get 1 point for that day, because it will be short noticed. [that day will NOT be counted in the weekly point]

[3]. For every 5 points you get from this will automatically get you a FREE ticket.
