If you EV train, need to complete your pokedex, enjoy a tournament from time to time, then this is the place for you.

This guild will be in two parts:

1. The Official Pokemon League

&

2.The Hacked Pokemon League

The first will be the standard Pokemon competitive circle, complete with tier lists, clauses, and standard tournaments from time to time.

HOWEVER, in recent times hacking pokemon games has become very common. Instead of banning and disallowing hackers (Game Shark and Action Replay users) I will implement a HPL.

The second, the HPL (Hacked Pokemon League), will be much like the first, either you can participate in one or the other or both, if you are deemed trust worthy, break the trust and you will be banned. All battles in the HPL circle are allowed to have moves and abilities that the pokemon would not normally have, but their stats cannot exceed there in game limitations. Max IVs are expected, but you still cannot hack over 510 Effort Value points.

If a player in the Official League is found to be hacking they will be disallowed to participate in any other OPL events, and will only be allowed to participate in the HPL from then on.
