MINERVA
Minerva the daughter of Jupiter and Juno. Considered to be the virgin goddess of warriors, poetry, medicine, wisdom, commerce, crafts, and inventor of music. Ovid called her the "goddess of a thousand works." The Romans celebrated her worship from March 19 to 23 during the Quinquatrus, the artisans' holiday.

Minerva, Goddess of wisdom and learning, meditation, inventiveness, accomplishments, the arts, spinning and weaving, and commerce. Minerva was identified with Pallas Athene, bestower of victory, when Pompey the Great built her temple with the proceeds from his eastern campaigns. Minerva and Mars are honored Quinquatras, five days at the Spring equinox. But Minerva has many aspects, attributes, names and epithets.

As you can probably guess at by now, this guild is a literate role playing guild. There are a few rules and guidelines we ask everyone to abide by (These will be added onto as necessary, to put up the ones I managed to forget... LoL)

1. This is literate, which means you roleplay to the best of your abilities and no using abreviations. We'd rather not read: (*walks in* *Eets fud* *shouts* Hay! c8n't U Reed?!?!)

2. There will be NO CYBERING of any sort in this guild. The Gaian Mods are asking us to even discourage taking it to PMs, though of course we can't stop you. As long as what you are posting remains within PG-13 margins, you're alright. If you do post cybering, YOU WILL BE BANNED. No questions asked. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

3. Be creative! Use your own ideas, or expand on those already here! Everyone wants to see input, as long as it is appropriate.

4. Have fun! This isn't an uptight guild. Come in, enjoy yourself, write with us!

Interested in joining us? Write up a summary for any character that you would like. Include the name of the character, its race and a description of what it looks like, and a history as well. (This is nothing permanent, you will not be forced to roleplay with this character alone. This is just to show us that you are, in fact, literate.)
