Some tips for your request:
1) Use correct grammar and spelling
2) (As said above) Don't be some conceited [insert provocative term], it won't help, it will just hurt.
3) Don't expect special treatment because of the time you've been on Gaia, any special friendships with head honchos, monetary status, etc.
4) Don't lie to us about having older accounts. As far as I know, permabanned accounts are not deleted, you just can't log onto them. It is too taxing on the Gaia servers to fully delete and account. In other words, be honest.
