this is how it works. in the most simple terms, we took a city, eliminated all the bad parts, and completely redefined "possibility."
you can be actively involved with all the goings on in the city, or just check on your character every once in a while- either way is fine.
Our City is generally pretty relaxed. there are rules, naturally, but we dont want to restrain our members. no "must post this often" and "make posts this format."
